I never said that. And yes it does, the villians are all extremely popular but people tend to not have them as their favorite characters as much.

There are several villains in other anime that rank higher than many of the heroes, and Freeza and Majin Buu are in the top 10.

By the information we have it implies he's not that strong as a God of Destruction. However, I agree that doesn't mean he's necessary the weakest GOD.

We have no indication that he's weak, only inefficient, kind of like every single God of Destruction we've seen so far. None of them get much done because of their quirky personalities.

For Kaioshin of 7th universe they would probably stick with Shin. Shin the Kaioshin. That sounds good.

As far as we know, U7 could get wiped and is only spared out of Zen'o mercy.
