I have a strong feeling it's just a case of the usual 2nd KA suspects being given KA credit due to the number of cuts they corrected. I believe One Piece does this, too.

Yokoyama didn't feel any heavier than when she corrects a Yashima episode.

Didn't like a few shots of Goku, Vegeta and Gohan in Earth. Fights were better than everything else, this reminded me of Attack on Titan. Excited for next episode, hope it won't let us down.

I didn't expect Basil vs Buu to start this week and it did, so who knows! More than anything I just hope Tate is able to do something crazy with Buu, a blob man is the perfect character for Tate to animate.

The character acting was superb this episode. Gawd damn. Really like it when animators remember the little things and have fun with it.
Like the way Buu moves throughout scenes. Lots of personality.

I was talking about the one for episode 69. It's not in the preview. However, I just checked and it is on the site as a stand alone picture.

I hope they don't make a habit of doing these backgrounds, I hate when anime does this and Super has luckily not done it too many times, but they did it both for Basil and Goten vs Trunks in this episode and we see it again in the NEP.

I agree Arched Thunder. Super has beautiful backgrounds, I'd hate to see them go to waste.

This episode has some nice storyboard and framing. The only thing that holds back is the seemingly rushed Kitano drawings. All in all, a typical Super episode.

Naoki Tate should be in for our sweet treat. Majin Boo is a perfect character for Tate to play around.

Other than the fact that it saves time for a series seriously short on it, those sort of backgrounds are tradition at this point and it only makes sense to see them.
