A lil out of topic but I just heard Shaman King anime plans got canceled because the author couldnt get the original VA's and use its old OST, in some way I am sort of glad this didnt happen with Dragon Ball, do you guys think the same would have happened with it if Toriyama couldnt get the original voice cast dubbing it?

As long as the replacement is competent, I wouldn't really care.

Maybe Toei made a mistake when they revealed the characters on their site.The initial order was Basil->Bergamo(Poison)->Lavenda but now it seems to be Basil->Lavenda(Poison)->Bergamo

Venom is a toxin generated exclusively by animals to hunt or in self defense, Poison is a toxin exclusive to plants for self defense. Its possible that Lavenda's power are natural and Bergamo's are not.

Another possibility is that they both use toxins in battle but since they are brothers and work together they were given different monikers to distinguish them.

Well it at least shows how much more seriously U9 are taking this, under normal circumstance fighters who use poison are not looked on with much favor and seen a cheaters (which they are). As said by Champa, it didn't not reflect well on him when turned out Frost used poison. But when your universe is on the line things like that do not matter.

If the U9 is already bringing this kind of fighter now, I dread to think what kind of thugs, tyrants and monsters the others will pull out of the wood works.

I can see your point.I am definitely excited to see what tricks the other fighters will have up their sleeves,especially the buff alien Goku fights in the op!

Perhaps Fem!Broly wasn't in the Universe 6 vs 7 tournament because Vados knew that she won't be able to pass the test? Broly is probably one of the lesser educated characters, and that'd include his female incarnation too.

Goku seems very confident Gohan will win unlike in the Buu Saga where Goku was very disappointed at Gohan not capable of defeating Dabura.
