It looks like U7 will sweep this.

Goku seems very confident Gohan will win unlike in the Buu Saga where Goku was very disappointed at Gohan not capable of defeating Dabura.

I hope Goku's lack of worry is reflective of Gohan's ability and not Gokus. I'm still not letting my guard down as of now.

As Buu won, Gohan is probably doomed. If he does win it will be bullshit as he can't see or sense Ki . It would be boring if Universe 7 win all 3 in a match like this.

Perhaps Fem!Broly wasn't in the Universe 6 vs 7 tournament because Vados knew that she won't be able to pass the test? Broly is probably one of the lesser educated characters, and that'd include his female incarnation too.

That's such a weird assumption to make. What makes you think 1) Broly is probably less educated 2) his female incarnation is too ?

She has a different upbringing entirely in a different universe, for all you know she could be a mild mannered scientist like Bruce Banner who turns into her Broly form uncontrollably. Knowing Toriyama and his love of puns and references, I wouldn't put it past him to make her a Bruce Banner counterpart, scientist and all.

Than reads to me like Gohan is going to job yet again... if that happens the rage against this will be enormous...
Actually, he has to job...Buu won, and Goku has to win because he's Goku. If they sweep the whole thing it may not be interesting. I hope for the Gohan fan's sake he doesn't.

indecisive (useless) Hakaishin(Sidra)
Villainous Kaioshin(Rou)
Goku yet to truly learn the stakes

Given what little we have seen, when she goes LSS she could go berserk.

The U6 saiyans might not have allowed her to go last time because she was to dangerous to let loose. But with the universe on the line they had to let her fight.

I can see this happening tbh, U7 sweeps, Zeno thinks they're not worth the trouble to watch (basically bored him) so he destroys U9 as an example on how serious he is (Grand priests threat about them not entertaining Zeno may lead to their destruction was a flag that someone will bite the dust)
But still, I aint jumpin the hype train for Gohan, I'm smarter now Toei, you cant fool me!

Not really, it's pretty much predictable that Gohan is going to job probably to use as motivation to train harder next time, I don't see the big issue in losing this fight.

Like how everyone thought Gohan was going to job to Watagashi and Pan was going to be the one to finish him off?

Gohan might unlock SSJ Ikari, then he masters it when he regains his mystic form(cue the lighting which IIRC didnt have it when he had Mystic in the Buu Saga).

Except it does. It blinds him AND makes it hard to sense ki. It's not that it's a case of him being blind is the cause of it being hard to sense ki. They're two separate events. It could also be a case that it's so painful to the eyes that Gohan can't concentrate enough to sense ki. Kind of like when people are blinded by the solar flare.

Actually it is, the post says Goku doesn't see this as a hindrance but an opportunity for gohan, plus in the last episode goku is seen trying to encourage his son to fight agian talking about his power and fighting sense.

Affecting someones ability to sense ki with poison is not that unreasonable.

To sense ki one must be calm of mind, you cannot sense it at all if something is detracting you such as pain, letting your guard down or being overly emotional. It has everything to do with your brain.

This poison that is spread into his eyes has a direct root to his brain via the optic nerv, let alone him getting hit right in the face. If the posion causes pain or mess with his brain its only natural that his ki sensing will go right out the window.

Goku was in contact of poison for just a sec and he downright lost.. even if the poison lavenda uses is far weaker or different, Gohan got it blown onto his face, he can't see and given its mist nature gohan definitely breathed some in..
That poison which entered his body could be the reson he can't sense ki either..
His Neves just don't respond anymore..

Under these circumstances if he manages to pull a win, he is worthy of high praise

I can't believe people are hyped for fodder matches lol. I'm more hyped for seeing different shots of the motionlessly standing Gods of Destruction. Aswell as for Zeno showing of his incredible power by wiping out entire universes.
