That Goku has to be Shimanuki or somebody with a similar style.

Could anyone get me a higher quality gif of this scene from #182. I tried submitting it to the Booru but it was turned down due to how low quality the gif was. Since they didn't mention the scene itself being bad, I think it would pass supervision if I got a high enough quality gif.

You shouldn't compress it into a gif. Just rip it from VLC and upload it to the booru.

If nobody else has done it by this weekend once I've finished my exams I'll use a bd rip or something, but like the other guy said, you're better off uploading actual video onto the booru.

I have the blu-ray myself, but I am not good with technical stuff or editing. Thanks a lot by the way.

Probably shouldn't use the Blu-rays. I imagine the booru doesn't want cropped footage in its collection. Maybe someone with the Dragon Boxes could provide the clip?

I doubt they would really mind all that much as long as it's an official source and of decent visual fidelity (so no vhs rips, obviously)

Then again, all of their non-movie dbz clips are in 4:3 so it may be best to go for a dragon box rip.

I'd recommend checking the Booru's quality guidelines to see what they'll accept and what they won't (while it does say they accept gifs this is just a case of the booru's staff wishing to move away from the gif format as it's too low quality)

Also I'd certainly recommend it be 4:3 over 16:9, the mods will appreciate it and will be more likely to accept it than they would otherwise

also hi I'm new here, Dragon Ball Super's production is interesting to read about and stuff.
Doremi is good.

Sakuga is good.

(db is alright too i guess)

Oh I know they would definitely prefer something like the dragon box rips, it's just that I don't think they'll reject something from the bd. I mean the dragon box sets aren't exactly something anyone can just get a hold of out of nowhere.

You pretty much can, actually. You'd just have to order the regular DVD release from Japan, it's the same footage. I also know for a fact that there are people on this site with the DBoxes, you could try getting it from them. I'm not very familiar with the Booru's criteria, but I'd recommend not submitting any lesser version unless it's absolutely necessary, regardless.

If no-one has already done it yet, welcome to Kanzenshuu! :D

I hope you contribute more to this thread later down the line.

Also, just out of pure curiousity, have you been the person posting dragonball sakuga on the booru?

So who's supervising this one? Also, this color looks more satisfying

I don't really like that color scheme. And it's Manabe and kinoshita (?) Yui.

Yamamuro's new Gohan design.
Image
It's hard to make out the little details because of how small the image is, but one thing is for sure, it's certainly better than his BoG Goku design.
The simplification of the clothing wrinkles alone is a pretty great improvement.
I hope Yamamuro can improve his art more, since we'll be stuck with him for a long time.

Not bad.I like that the design reflects a more serious Gohan but I find it a bit odd that you only see his serious and angry expressions. It's a good design though and I would probably like it a lot more if the hair wasn't giving me GT flashbacks.
