As much as I want Gohan to balance things out.... But you're right, it's too early to just say that Toppo is clearly the strongest when we haven't even gotten bios on his other teammates yet. As you said, for all we know, they all could be potential scouts as new GoDs. But yeah, the other teams are in some deep trouble if Universe 11 has guys like Toppo on his squad. Guess that explains why he has a Beerus clan in his team as well, the guy is more powerful than the Beerus race in his universe and is even a candidate to become the GoD, too bad for him 2 of U7 we're already candidates as well, sadly they dont want to take the job
Well now this further proves why they wanted to make Goku the bad guy, because the U11 team are good guys, rather heroes who preserves peace, well people, we got our Justice League (only 3 of em tho)
