Actually i will refrain from what i've said earlier.

Seeing as how we now have direct confirmation as to who exactly designed which specific Gods of Destruction. I can honestly say now that Toyotaro is a much better character designer and has better ideas than Toriyama in general. He designed the FOX God afterall. (My Favorite) He also designed Gin (very cool GoD) and he designed Rumoosh and "partially" designed the Vermoud and Xerez. Sure, he may be responsible for ugly creatures such as Iwan and Arak, but at least he designed one of the greatest looking characters aswell.^^

So far Akira Toriyama hasn't really contributed to anything great, save for Vermouth and Xerez. (Of which he got help by Toyotaro ironically)

As things stand now, Toyotaro>Akira Toriyama IMO.

The Gods of Destruction are the only ones i know about that are done by Toyotaro. But i must say his manga art is very cool aswell. And it too may even surpass the art of AT's original Dragon Ball Manga.
