If one universe had fighters as strong as Goku, U7 is screwed since none of the current U7 fighters are catching up except Gohan. Doesn't matter how much Whis trains them since it took Goku and Vegeta years and life and death battles with Black, Future Zamasu, and Merged Zamsu to reached their currently strength.

If he really cared about having an even strong team, he would have ordered Whis to train Piccolo and Buu for the next tournament. Beerus doesn't even acknowledged Buu and Piccolo exists.

Another shit that could have been prevented if Toei had fixed Toriyama's STUPID plot flaws in Resurrection 'F' and included Yamcha & Chiaotzu there.
