Hypothetically speaking, let's say Goku, after getting healed in the hospital, decides to spend half a day in the ROSAT training before leaving to Namek and then spending most of his time on the way to train under enhanced gravity. How strong would he get after his final Zenkai? Strong enough to kill Freeza with KKX20?

Yes. After he removed his weights and powered up, he dominated Freeza.

No he didn't. Freeza transformed immediately after Piccolo removed his weights. There was no fight.

Piccolo was sure to win. Gohan also said that Piccolo was indeed going to win the match. That's why Frieza decided to transform. Piccolo's speed would be too much for him.

I have Vegeta and Trunks's training in the ROSAT from the Cell Saga increasing their power 3 times stronger. Half a day would be 1.5 times stronger.

After getting healed in hospital, Goku got a zenkai, I assume he got to 10,000 (then 9 times stronger after training with gravity).

Training in the ROSAT for half a day would get him to 15,000. Then 9 times stronger going to Namek would get him to 135,000.

His final zenkai would give him to a 4,500,000 using the same multiplier of his 90,000 to 3,000,000. 4,500,000 times 20 would get him to 90,000,000. He would beat 50%-70% Frieza, but not 100% Frieza.

After he is healed, i give him 11,000. Then, he trains alone for 6 months on the Rosat. 1st round Vegeta is the one with the most similar training to Goku's training now (Trunks is a prodigy, Piccolo is a Namek and Vegeta focused with 2nd trip of achieve MSSJ). I have Vegeta receiving a 4,687x boost for his first Rosat, so 6 months should be around 25~26k. After the 100G training, he is on ~210k. After the Ginyu Zenkai, he would be on 7,000,000; this should be enough to rivalize Freeza with K10 and even kill him with a Kamehameha x20, but we should remember Freeza is tough as hell. But he would get crushed by SSJ Goku.

Let's see here. Goku's recovery boost from the Saiyan battle probably wasn't especially large, given how it was never mentioned, so after getting out of the hospital, his battle power is around 9,000 or 10,000, give-or-take.

Goku got hella strong training in the Room of Spirit and Time before the Cell Games, and he probably got a 10-fold increase out of it. On the one hand, he probably only got that strong because he was sparing constantly with the ever improving Gohan. On the other hand, this Goku is a lot weaker here than when he used the Room in the Cell Arc, so he would get better results out of training there. All things considered, I'll say that if post-Saiyan Battle Goku trained in the Room of Spirit and Time for 6 months/half a day without a training partner or the aid of Senzu, Goku's strength would at least triple. So at that point he's at 30,000.

Then Goku trains under progressively higher levels of gravity on the way to Namek until he can handle 100Gs. With his power level already higher than before, Goku's probably not going to get the full 10 fold increase that he got in the main story, but he'll probably be stronger than he was. Let's say that his strength increases 6 times over this time, making him a full two times stronger than in the manga, at around 180,000.

Assuming not much changes in regards to the Ginyu fight, Goku's sporting a battle power of around 5 or 6 million by the time he squares off with Freeza. Using the Kaioken x10 is enough for him to match Freeza's 50% strength, and the Kaioken x20 matches his 100%, briefly. The fight plays out much the same as it did in the main story, with Freeza needing to utilize about 70% or 80% of his full strength to crush Goku instead of 50%, before Goku busts out a Kaioken x20 Kamehameha, which Freeza survives with substantial, but not crippling, injuries. One Genki Dama and a dead Kuririn later, and you have Super Saiyan Son Goku with a 250~300 million battle power bearing down on Freeza's short-lived 120 million battle power.

I doubt that's the power he actually has when we see him though, Gohan even says Freeza's got a lot more power in the tank implying he's suppresed.

Well, Gohan said this when Frieza still hadn't fought Trunks. Once he fought him, Frieza could have increased his power.

Freeza had definitely gotten stronger since fighting Goku on Namek, and it's implied that it's because of his cybernetic enhancements. Given his comments on how he's probably strong enough to take down Goku on his own, I'd say that Freeza's full power would at least match Freeza arc Super Saiyan Goku's.

Gohan's comment on Freeza's power to Yamcha is almost assuredly just an indicator that Freeza wasn't expressing his full power at the time, and how the amount of Ki that is currently making Yamcha wet himself is just the tip of the iceberg.

Unlike with the Androids, who generate a synthetic Ki substitute, Freeza's modifications merely enhance his existing Ki, and all of it is detectable. However, given his slim appearance and the fact that he never had that lengthy charge-up period, it's possible that Freeza never got to show off his full power before Trunks sliced him up like a honey-glazed ham. Had he had the chance to power up, Trunks might've actually had a fight on his hand. Though it is possible that his modifications improved Freeza's energy efficiency, and he no longer needed to bulk up to use his full power.

I have his max pre SB equal to SSJ Goku, so his Mecha form is stronger than that. His max is probably way weaker than Yardrat Goku, since he was (probably) able to take him and King Cold at the same time. Gohan

Up until the Boo stuff, I think you've got a pretty good conservative list but there are more issues the farther in you go. Firstly, Fat Boo should be x2 of Gohan's SS2 power since roughly twice that amount is enough to revive him.

Super Boo is WAY higher than Goku at SS3 and by extension so are Gotenks and Gohan, Goku is scared shitless at the prospect of fighting Super Boo without fusion, any fusion while he's fairly confident he can beat Kid Boo by himself. Making Goku 6 billion at SS3 to Super Boo's 5.5 and Kid's 5.6 doesn't work. Unless you're going for an anime power level list.

Vegetto should also be a bit more powerful than Boohan. He clearly can't win in Base in the manga since he uses SS immediately but I think making Boohan worth 70% of his power is too high, putting him at 40-50% feels more appropriate to how their fight goes down.
