Others may die but honestly I dont believe the opening shows the final rounds. How lame and boring would that be? In my opinion this will be a decently long storyline and those battles will be early on.

Possible, definitely possible. At the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if they were the final rounds as an intro revealing the climactic battle isn't unheard of.

Yeah not unheard of all. I just think it would be a huge letdown in a tournament that is supposed to be "suspenseful".
