Just watched the Fight Counseling DBS clip.

I've been always satisfied with characters voices in DBA, but Whis just ended that streak. It has the same problem that Funi dub has - The voice is too manly for the character.
That aside, it was entertaining just like every DBS clip has been so far. My favourite is still the Super Saiyan Rose one.

Go to the Kai TFC English dub forum, bookmark it, & read the latest posts there.
[spoiler]We've been speculating on it & the best we could come up with for theories is Toei putting their foot down because they don't particularly like TFS that much. That clip is from the X-Finity stream of the episode & the guy recorded it to upload it, so it proves that the switch to the original dub's recordings for that scene was a very last-minute change & they didn't get the newer version to every service in time. I'm hoping it'll be on the home releases though.[/spoiler]
