Last episode Whis revealed Zeno has always said there are too many universes and he was planning to destroy all low tiers, and universe 7 is almost all down the food chain, this means that whatever timeline Trunks arrived is still fucked because of this, you can theoretically say he could die out of old age before Zeno does this since ya know, Zeno is inmortal, but he is still fucked because even if he goes to heaven, Other world is still part of the universe in Dragon Ball, it is still in the physical realm only REALLY FAR away into the cosmos. So if Zeno destroys the universe, poof, after life goes down as well.

I know that, what I was saying was that afterlife itself still exists inside the universe according to a dragon ball cosmos chart (it was before the 12 universes stuff) meaning that zeno destroys the universe, afterlife goes boom too, which is why I believe zeno destroyed everything by kiilling zamasu, even the afterlife and the souls in there.
