Eh. I actually want to see Goku stomp Toppo when he steps in. Personally I don't see Goku throwing the fight. You could say that his Saiyan Pride comes out a different way than Vegetas.

Honestly it might not be up to him. Didn't the grand priest say everything was pretty much at the discretion of Zeno? Zeno might not like the thought of Goku throwing the fight.

Logic dictates that there's no match to be thrown. Remember the match is completed when Zeno (Grand Priest) says so. It's up to them to decide who wins or loses. As others have pointed out, I don't think Zeno would like it too much if he sees goku not using his full potential to best the universe 9 participant. I can't wait to see, although I'm sure we won't know for sure for another 2 weeks.

I can put up with a bit of nonsense whining for an interesting story. Besides, I feel anything that could be said has already been said to death. So any repeats can be ignored for the most part. At least that's what I'll be doing.

My guess is that Zeno agrees to the whole idea because he believes Goku can and will stomp him. If I was Goku and I heard Zeno agree to something like that my bullshit alarms would be going off big time wondering what Zeno would actually do if I tossed the fight.

Goku throwing the match? do you guys think Zeno would allow something like that to happen? he knows how strong Goku is, he saw the U6 V U7 match and enjoyed Goku's fight with Hit, he saw fully well how strong his boy is, thats why he made "If U9 wins" and not the other way around, cause he's that confident in Goku's strength. Zeno's just messin with them.
Plus I dont want Goku to throw the fight, true I can see him doing that, he's done so just back un U6 arc, but still I dont want him doin that again just for the stakes to be gone, why does he need to care about the other universes destruction? what are they to him? the fact that those GoDs are just as dangerous as Zeno can be, its fun that the GoDs get what they deserve, they think so little of mortals (basely from Beerus and Chanpa) just as Zeno thinks so lowly of them, its a taste of their own medicine.
I didnt like how U6 arc Chanpa and Beerus were mocking all of their participants, the same with how Goku got belittled by Beerus if he dares do something against Chanpa's decision, this is good payback.

People's comments get overlooked all the time in that thread. Clearly this person actually wanted to have a discussion about this specific thing. As long as there aren't other threads out there similar to this, it shouldn't be a problem.
