Chaozu manipulated their numbers so this wouldn't happen, but if it did Goku would beat Piccolo, except this time he wouldn't have as much of a hard time and Piccolo probably wouldn't even get the chance to blow the whole place up.

So, I've seen fan-art and two videos made by UnrealENTGaming and Geeklist TV on Gohan Black. And I think this could've been more interesting than Goku Black. Geeklist made a really good point on the fact that we've never seen an "Evil" Gohan before. We've two "Evil Gokus" and too many "Evil" Vegeta. Also, this could've been even more impactful, because Trunks has a personal connection to Gohan, so him having to fight his childhood savior and mentor would've given him an emotional distain. Now would he be stronger than Goku Black? It's a possibility, because it was once said in the series that Saiyan Hybrids have more potential to be stronger than pure bloods. And this would've made Zamasu feel more devious. So what do you guys think? Do you find the idea of Gohan Black better than Goku Black, or do you just prefer what actually happened?

Yes more interestin plotwise, but having a "Black Goku" it's a stronger concept as a whole franchise.
Gohan is not the main chara despite how much one can like him.

Chiaotzu didn't know about Piccolo, he only split up the team. Piccolo and Goku very well could have ended up together. But why do you say this would result in Goku winning easier?

No, Tenshinhan knew about him and specifically told Chaozu to put him in a different block, there's no way he'd end up fighting Goku in the first round. And Goku would win easier because he was holding back for the first half of the fight because of Kami.

What if Future Gohan had been training in the Afterlife with the other deceased Super Warriors ever since his death and managed to master his Super Saiyan form to the point where he was even more powerful than Ultimate Gohan in just his base form, and as a Chou Super Saiyan (a truly completely mastered Super Saiyan), he could just slightly outmatch the same Majin Vegeta-like Super Saiyan form of Goku Black that quite easily beat Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta in the Dragon Ball Super Manga?
