Like after Bergamo speech about being all Goku's fault, the Gods in the crowd cheering a lot for him screming his name in order to assist him and destabilize Goku in their battle? If goku being an asshole villan intent is what they are trying portray here then what happened is for the best..

The fact Goku wants to rely on Gohan with the strategies and tactics means Piccolo is gonna embarass himself again vs relevant fighters(relevant I mean like the likes of Frost).

Speaking of Gohan, when was the last time he used strategy and tactics in battle besides the fight vs Lavenda, vs Broly in Movie 10 when he tried to kill him with Lava ?

Haha, he tries whenever it's possible..
It's not like he goes head first brute force like buu does..
Even against buu, hiding against the rock or against freeza holding them off somehow until goku shows up is a tactic..

He mostly dosen't need to use any, he was either very strong or very weak compared to te opponent in the two major fights he had with cell and buu

That will just show how messed up Dragon Ball Super is especially as they said Piccolo is the strategist of Universe 7.

They also said Gohan does teamwork not strategy and him being good at teamwork is wrong as well.

The rules for the tournament are perfect for Piccolo, Roshi Tien, 17, 18 and Krillin.

There is no evidence suggesting how anyone will do.

There will also certaintly be no useless people in the whole tournament and there is no semi-finals at all.

Also, where is this assumption that Piccolo is going to do really bad coming from as I only seem to see it on Kanzenshuu.
