I'm not sure how there can be any doubt they are purposely making Goku look like the bad guy at this point.

Why would there be?
It was obvious from previous episode..

I think just about anybody is clear on that.
Goku having those villanious vibes, main rivals are the justice league, yeap, our protagonist is the antagonist, and I love it!

I thought it was obvious from the Goku/Beerus exchange prior to Goku seeing Zen'o but some disagreed. I think this will be interesting, I just hope its well executed.

Goku benefited from training with Kaio-Sama after the cell games.

It wasn't implied he just trained with King Kai, I always interpreted he found other methods of training spending 7 years being dead in the Afterlife

Easy... 17 and 18 were just normal humans modified being Cyborgs with actual no clue behind actual martial artist or ki control...

That's why Toriyama himself said because the are HUMAN based they can become stronger... meaning train the other side and do not just rely on your cyborg powers.

And seeing the opening and 17 with aura may be a clue

Yea, you're probably right. Learning basic stuff like Ki control and Ki sensing could easy be good for them, but androids don't have Ki... Could they start emanating after some kind of training?

How is this filler when it's important to the story ?

Its filler for some folks if theres no fighting in it.

I'm hoping in episode 85 and maybe in 86,an episode about Universe 6,9 and 11,I know people hate padding but is a good way to have some figthers personality

I hope Episode 85 we got a good glimpse of U6.

Aside from Hit, the rest of U6 warriors need character development(specially Cabba and Frost).

And also time to start developing the Pride Troupers as well.

17 and 18 haven't Ki cuz they never learned to control it and simply relied on their given powers... Now with training of their human side they easily could get Ki like other characters have.

Best example is even the bio ANDROID Cell who clearly had ki

This is mostl likely what Toriyama meant with his statement after all and the opening even actually might show so as well

Then, Toppo can't fight in the Tournament because he ascends to the position of God of Destruction. So, bald Alien of Pride Warriors, is super pissed, and thats why we see Goku fighting him, and NOT Toppo.

I'll go for the actual one as well, the fan made ones were too generic, there's even a blushing chik there, why?

3 episodes fillers, not bad in this case. I think that we'll see the other fighters in all universes. Also i hope to see more of Vermoud, my favorite God after Beerus.

Anyway, I have to say even though I like most of the official designs I like ALL of these fan designs. I guess you could say they all look too human compared to the official gods where only one really looks like that, but hey, at least none of them are just, "Fuck it, lets just make this one a yellow mouse".

Another thing that Champa arc missed, build-up. So far they are doing everything right. I love it!
