40 hours is bad because no time to prepare. 40 minutes doesn't even make sense.

40mints is a lot of time for these super powered characters that can move far beyond the speed of light if they wanted to plus teleportation, if we think about it in universe that is.

Ok I can solve this, Goku use instant transmission and get everyone, then get to the lookout and throw them all in the time chamber. Since getting back to earth and picking everyone up should take about 10 minutes at most, 15 to 20 minutes should at least give you a little bit of prep time with 10 minuets to get back.

Edit: They will still need the time chamber for a bit though, they have less then 2 days to get ready. Thats enough to plan but not enough for training.

There is NO way 7 characters can get a good amount of training in within 1 and a third day. They all can't go in a time chamber at the same time.

They may pull some techniques out there assess but thats all I see

If he is going in the time chamber goku will go with him, piccolo lost interest in training with Saiyans there, but op shows him training outside with piccolo..

The tie chamber can work, they dont need to go in for a whole day.

If they pair off into groups of 5 and go in for even just an hour a piece, they will get more then a few weeks worth of training in the limited time they have.
