If they pair off into groups of 5 and go in for even just an hour a piece, they will get more then a few weeks worth of training in the limited time they have.

They need time to increase and then also they never increase exponentially anymore, more than likely gohan and goku use it for full time.. gohan because he needs to and goku because why the hell not, more training! He is excited

Goku and Vegeta wont get much out of going in, nut the rest of the caste need it bad, not only so they can try and get a bit stronger but it will also help sharpen up their skills. Aside from Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Piccolo, none of the caste have had solo matchs against people as strong as themselves for a while. Their not just going up against curb stomping monsters or a horde of nobodies and they are all going to have to pull their own weight on this one.

I don't think Universe 6's Kai would give a shit. But Gowasu better have some lines, I don't want him backstabbing Uni 7 after the whole Zamasu incident! Though I could see that as a reason no one would listen to him.

Also, We get to see Bra... yay? She'll never be as cute as Baby Pan.

I am relieved that it'll be Fukushima and Ryû handling her first two episodes though.

The most interesting conclusion of spoilers is they are taking it kinda slow, I like it..
Also bra is born.. I can't care less but at least its in line with eoz so that's a plus
