E3 2007

The PlayStation 2 build of Tenkaichi 3 will dish out a strictly offline experience, but it will ship with a bonus Fusion Disc System that will help unlock gameplay modes in the previous two games after they are inserted.

Does this mean new modes in previous games or new modes in the new game

Well that will be nice for those who still have them. I have no use for that disc. I sold my Sparking NEO as soon as METEOR was confirmed.

You would think someone would have hacked into the game and discovered the new/hidden content.

I have one question: Why the Hell would anyone want to add Veku in the game?

The same reason we had fat Gotenks in Budokai 2 & 3. It's funny to screw up fusion and become the wrong form.

Yes that new theme is very, very awesome! I hope it's featured in the North American version....

*crosses fingers* I will be very happy if we can get the original music rather then the synthesized crap we got in the last game.

Also GT Kid Goku is NOT confirmed.... there is a fake screenshot of the new promo going around already showing a SSJ3 Kid Goku with all the other characters but it's actually a semi-well made forgery using a SSJ3 Kid Goku shot from GT that is very common. I know I was a little hopeful too but one look at the screenshot and seeing the new promo and it's obviously a fake since GT Kid Goku's position is actually where the promo Kuririn image is.

I did notice that GT Goku's pose is from a GT cover. I knew it was too damn good to be true...

But wait, I am almost positive that I saw GT Goku in the same spot, but who forged it? (If it is fake)

Also, Krillin's promo image was seen right before GT Goku's promo image.

Unless I'm mistaken, it will most likely work like Tekken 3 on the PS1. When you you went to the screen with the endings and music you can put Tekken 1 or 2 in and access their endings and musical. But I'm guessing that BT3 will allow you to unlock everything in the previous games and save them to the memory card. Although I hope that's not it because who would really care. If you haven't already completed the first two games and bought this on there's no valid reason to go backwards. Now if theyes truly wanted to reward folks for buying the first two games they should allow you to start the game off with the items you have assigned to them.

Ok, what? Did the people who made trailer forge it? If you go to the website, he's in the trailer. That's on the official site. I'm not saying you're wrong at all, but I'm not understanding something here.

It's obvious that the trailer had used same artwork posted in Wikipedia, but since the game in way in its infancy, it wouldn't be weird at all if Spike haven't created their own rendition of GT Goku. Other than that, there's a .00001 percent chance that the official site were treating us like gullible goof balls.

Where do you see him in the trailer? I have checked multiple times and have not seen him but the action is fairly quick. All I can say is SSJ3 Kid Goku does not appear in the part thirteen seconds (give or take) into the promo where all the character art is flashed before our eyes. So the picture that supposedly confirms he is in there is fake. I stand by my assertation unless anyone can point little SSJ3 Goku in other parts of the promos for sure.

However I don't think all the "new" characters where shown in this first promo. Then again perhaps Spike, Bandai and Atari consider the characters left out of Sparking NEO as new characters (Appule, Nameless blue Freeza henchmen, Piccolo Daimao, etc, etc).

) I must apologize to all of you. You where right! SSJ3 Kid Goku is the very last character to appear right after the Oozaru. I had to time it juuuuuuust right. It took multiple tries but I got the same result. Then again with other forgeries floating around the net I hope you will all understand my skepticism. I wonder why though Spike chose such a common image of SSJ3 Kid Goku to use as a promo image?

I *think* I saw him. Watch through the flying character art. When Saiyawoman or so comes up, start pausing and unpausing very, very rapidly. After Kuririn, he pops up for a milli-second on the left-hand side of the screen. He has the SS3 hair and definitely isn't adult Goku nor Gotenks.

And please note that as I *hate* GT, I don't really have a horse in this race.

On the subject of new characters, I highly doubt we've seen them all. We haven't gotten close to 20 yet, plus we were promised more characters from original DB and the movies, neither of which are yet represented in the new bunch.

I did see GT Goku, but I have only been lucky when actually seeing him in the trailer, because I suck when it comes to catching quick images like that...

Now I'm wishing that he's actually in the game!

I'm not a fan of GT either but it has it's moments and really a Kid Goku who's SSJ is kind of cool.

I'm still kind of shocked that this wasen't some cruel forgery. I hope we get more pleasent surprises like these as more news about the game trickles out (Japanese soundtrack for American release.... please....

).

Watch this trailer on the official site until loads of characters flash on screen. Just before the "SPARKING! Meteor" logo you will see GT Goku for like half a second.

I'd like to see a 1 arm future gohan because we have plenty of gohans with 2.
