See i'm going to get the Wii version of the game (the online certified my copy) The PS2 version is getting a bonus disc, the thing is, is the PS2 version going to get exclusive content? sure the the Wii version is getting online, but I hate when i can't get the whole game ( like the EUR/JP version of Sparking NEO).
That seems to be the case, though the phrasing is so odd it's hard to tell what they meant. But really, the PS2 getting something exclusive to it is no different than the Wii getting something exclusive to it (on-line).

And I still say, until proven otherwise, the Wii's on-line mode is just on-line password trading.
Well that's retarded. I can just as easily say until proven otherwise, the Wii's on-line mode is battling against your friends.
Uhhhh... okay?

I'm jus going by what Spike and Atari were saying for the last two months. Which was, and I quote "There will be no online play as it would lag too much." end quote.

Seems Like new stuff will be unlocked in Tenkaichi 1 & 2 when 3 comes out.

Uh Yay, I guess

Not sure what could possibly be unlocked, hopefully not just capsules.

Couldn't give a crap about the first game and probably not gonna be interested in playing the second when the third gets here.

You better be damn sure capsules are welcomed! Especially they made use of Potaras in the Tenkaichi series when the capsule idea was obsolete. :P Seriously bitching though, is the aforementioned claim on variations in Blast Moves confirmed? I really don't want to control Goku in story mode where he can use the Genki Dama against Raditz. If it was confirmed, does any one of you know how Blasts Attacks variation works?

After I complete everything except collect capsules/Potara I use cheat codes to get them.

I know I'm bad give me a slap on the wrist but think about it.

How long do you think it would take to collect enough capsules to customise every single character so they all play good?

To dam long

By the end of the game you have a handful of capsules that are any good that are enough to customise 2 characters. Ok now you get bored of fighting with those characters and wanna use someone else but oh no! Those other characters suck ass right now.

So now we remove all the good capsules off those 2 good characters and customise another 2.

And so on, instead I have everything available to customise everyone so no more pissin about.

Anyway, if they keep their promise about "every character that was ever playable on a Dragonball fighting game will be playable again", that means there's a good chance that we'll still get:

Teen Trunks
Chichi
Future Gohan
Kid Uub (maybe)
When did Teen Trunks appear in a fighting game?

btw when i typed capsules i meant potara

The first thing I did when I got my PS2 was get a Gameshark. I had all the items for BT1 and tried to assign stuff to all the characters but stopped after Goku and Vegeta cuz it was taking too long. When BT2 came around, the codes weren't released until after I had gone through all of tournaments, Ultimate Battle, and story mode two times. But I did end up adding items to all of the characters, maxing them out.

I the bonus feature in BT2 has something to do with the gameplay and options of the previous titles, who would really bother using it? As long as BT3 has a classic story mode covering DB through GT and a Tournament mode, there's no need to pick up the older games. And if you still have them, you might as well put their trade value towards the newer game.

The password to Nintendo's Press Release site has been leaked to the public. Among the files is information on Sparking! METEOR. It reveals new information about the game, including "More than 10 types of AI balancing for your opponents", "New Dragon History lets fans select their favorite battle scenes", and "New Battle Replay mode lets you save and replay your favorite battles".

If the diffrent AI types fix my main problem with the game, I might get this one.

Yes, Muscle Tower (although I wanted inside of it more) and Central City (that is the place Kid Goku fight Piccolo right?)! In the file, I think I can see a Young Kuririn (I can spell his Japanese name and not his english name?), Nail looks very boring at the moment thought. I seen the Grey-More-Muscle-then-Broly boy's UB and it was awesome, the other guy (Man, I can't remember anything...) comes out with the energy container and suck your energy out.

Glad we get the Central Capital. It'd be nice if they could somehow find a way to work all of DB's six major cities (the four regional capitals, Central Capital, and Satan City) in and give them all a unique flavor.

Muscle Tower/Jingle Village is a nice pick too.

But, since bitching must continue, I vote we split our time between Dr. Wheelo and Mirai Gohan. :)

Well, I think only Central City and Satan City are important battle-wise, you could have another generic city for the rest of the city battles.

But yes, it is more crucial to whine about Future Gohan T_T

Wow 10 Game Mode, Tournament, Dual, Adventure, Battle Replay and Z Battle. That's five... I like this 10 modes thing. More than 10 types of AI sounds fun. Dragon Histoy is just viewing the cutscreens without having to battle to them right? And Battle Replay Mode is fun. I wonder if you play Com VS Com, you can select who you want to watch the match as, Com 1 or Two during the battle.
