I personally don't believe regrowing his tail actually made Goku stronger like everyone else thinks. It's just another appendage for Goku to fight with. As such, if Muten Roshi doesn't have access to his strongest technique and Goku has a bunch of tournament contestants backing him up, he'll win easily.

But they literally showed Goku becoming stronger. He was able to break out of GIran's gum through sheer power which he was unable to do before, and he kicks through a wall and says he's in tip top condition and he really is better when he has his tail.

Super Saiyan 4 Gotenks V Super Saiyan Vegetto

Going Super Saiyan 4, Gotenks ends up a moderate amount stronger than Super Vegetto. However, Gotenks is too much of an idiot to take advantage of this and ends up squandering his limited time in the form. Vegetto ends up winning.

What chance did he give Goku when he grew his tail back? Goku just broke out almost instantly as soon as he landed. And he had plenty of opportunities to bust out while he was fighting Giran tailless, for starters when he first got stuck, he clearly had far more time than he took to break out once he got his tail back since Giran didn't start attacking immediately. And he could have also done so while he was on Kinto'un, or while Giran was complaining about him using Kinto'un.

Furthermore, why would Goku kick through the wall and say he feels much better if his power didn't increase at all?

No, it didn't. 3 vs. 1 on Kid Boo? Goku, Vegeta and Boo fighting against him at the same time? That's what I asked.

It is out of character for them to fight at once. Anyways, vegeta doesn't matter, because he is a non-factor. Only buu and goku matter.
Even then, the team's only, and I mean only chance, is that somehow buu hits kid buu with his candy beam. That's assuming if kid buu is still playing around, and does not use his true power he brought out against spirit bomb, or does not destroy the planet or does not absorb anyone.

60,000,000 times 20 is 1,200,000,000. That's the number I put to Cell Games Piccolo. That means that Vegeta takes this.

However, if Frieza has a Kaioken X50, then it's 3,000,000,000. The number I have for Cell Games Goku. That means that Vegeta gets stomped easily there.

If it's Goku instead of Vegeta, then he defeats easily Kaioken X20 Frieza, and is equal to Kaioken X50 Frieza, given his techniques and knowledge in fighting, I do believe Goku still has some edge here, but the fight would be long (just like the anime version of the Frieza vs Goku fight).
