Here, try this newly (as in, just now) revised list. I believe formally I mistranslated the first two Kanji on track 11 on disc 1 as "Crying Call" or something stupid like that... not long after that, I discovered that the actual pronunciation is "Aa", and that it's basically "Ah", in an archaic sense.
I'm taking this list directly from the back flap/cover of the box. Just for reference, my romanization follows this format: bold text for anything already spelled out in English letters, ALL CAPS for anything written in Katakana, italics for anything written in Kanji, and regular text for anything written in hiragana. Translation below each track in blue. Some of this comes from Steve Simmons' translations for the movie titles, others come from some of the old translations in the DaizenshuuEX music database.
