I have to say I like how one of Goku's alternate outfits in Sparking Neo is the beat up shirt ripped off from when he fought Freeza on Namek, and when he goes Super Saiyan with that outfit, his hair is much lighter than usual, just like it was in the anime.
Appreciating that little detail, I'm going with that.
