NEP looks good
At least Goku was on model while Beerus was looking like a dog.
When is Tiger mask ending again? If they get some of their animators, wont mind if they finally fire Kitano.

I agree with this part in particular, never mind the rest of the post.
I'm joking of course, I know you can't just fire people on a show with such an abominable schedule. If they ever decided to though, Kitano would be a good choice. If he has been demoted from Supervisor to Key Animator and we see him appear every few episodes, I... please no. Of all the shows he could be working on, Super is the worst; the schedule is terrible and the character designs make rough work look almost as bad as possible. I again understand that there's little to be done about it, it's just sad

Kitano is still an AS. He was an AS in this episode too

Kitano's ugly art... he's the only one ruinning the episode, but besides that, who the hell did the animation for the 2nd part? and that Goku warp kamehameha and dashes to Toppo with it? that was amazing, actually, all the 2nd part animation was amazing (besides Kitano's art)

Okay, credits deciphered:
Anime R
Nii Hirotaka (Supervisor) Tsukuma Takenori Funaki Shoichi Sawada Hironori Taniguchi Moriyasu Nishikawa Masato Oka Tatsuya
Mido Douga
Jin Xinyou Pu Qi Bi Pu Yumei Zhuo Shuixian Li Jiayong Sheng Junhao Li Xinghe Yin Renxing
Freelancers
Hong Beom-seok Kasai Saori
2nd Key Animators (Toei Staff)
Kitano Yukihiro (Supervisor) Inaba Jin Nikaido Atsushi Sasakado Nobuyoshi Itai Hiroyuki (Supervisor) Tu Yeong-chaek
So really, this was totally outsourced aside from the 2nd key animators and two of the supervisors. This arc is off to one of the most bizarre starts in terms of staff lists.
Don't even know where to begin when crediting that nice bit of animation in the second half. Will have to investigate tomorrow.

This episode was pretty decent. Also, looks like Higashide is in the NEP.

Tsuji's touch seemed incredibly light on the whole, which was quite surprising. Kitano showing up in a few scenes wasn't pleasant, but it wasn't too bad, thankfully.
According to AniCorner Tsuji was not in the episode. That is probably why her intervention was missing.

So that's why there was no Itai animation, he was just there to clean up some outsourced work, interesting. I'm glad they're making heavier use of outsourcing this arc.

definitely an error, there are some shots that are 100% her.

She 100% contributed, though. Kitano's scenes were mostly redrawn by her in those final scenes. You can also spot her Goku in places, too.

How is that Kitano guy able to accept the fact that he is ruining everything and still dares to work on this show. He should feel bad because what he does is bad.
Forst half was meh, second half was really good and it seems like Beerus has turned into a dog now thanks to our savior, Kitano.
NEP looks good. Art is solid.

Interesting. Maybe she did some uncredited corrections. Also, I am liking how almost every episode since #79 has been outsourced to some degree. Hopefully this is all planned, rather than just being there so the episode does not crash.

Sorry if I repeat myself but they shouldve outsourced next weeks episode, because it looks like the Pilaf Gang will get a fair amount of screen time, seeing them with his art would at least make for funny television, bad art for comedy relief characters is very fitting.

I think it's a little bit of column A and column B, they probably planned to use heavy outsourcing from the get go to avoid a crash.

Yea, that's probably the most likely scenario. I like to speculate about this kind of stuff.

Sorry for the dumb question but... is outsourcing that bizarre? not really well known when it comes to the animation department and how they normally do things.

Not really. Outsourcing is pretty common in Toei. I don't know if they do it to this extent though.

Ide being credited must be a mistake on Toei's part. Ide isn't on the episode at all, yet he's visible in the NEP.
He's not working on three episodes in a row, so I'm calling it a mistake. This was 100% a Tsuji episode.

Not particularly - it's just that I haven't seen outsourcing to this extent since the Resurrection 'F' arc.

Yea, it probably was a Tsuji episode. Some shots do look like her correction. Plus, she has been doing all the even episodes since the beginning of the series.

Ide did 63, 64 and 65, but yeah 82 was definitely Tsuji, not Ide.
