I was wondering if anyone can help me find the rest of this:

I want to find the other frames but no luck, anyone got them?

It looks like it's from when he fights Zarbon, if that helps. I'd get the screencap, but my season 2 set is buried somewhere in the garage. Though from the looks of it, it sounds like you're hunting down the actual cel...?

Actually, that part of the cel is from when Vegeta notices the Genki Dama about to be thrown at him during the Saiyan arc.

Thats what I was going to say, but he don't have those pads on his upper part of his legs.

No, it's a really fast sequence, I had to speed it down to about 0,13 X and pause as fast as possible.
You don't really see him running, he's just noticing the Genkidama.
But there is another shot where you see him running, I can get it in for you if you want.
