I really hope Slim Buu stays a thing, even if that means Fat Buu is treated as his basic form and then he "transforms" into Slim Buu for fights.

I think that'd be cool if he could have the ability to turn into Bootaima in a battle as a way of maximizing his physical attributes. I'd love if he could switch off between each form in battle.

I just had an epiphany. I found the 28 planets thing odd but not unbelievable but why include it? Is this just to show us why universe 7 has a low mortal ranking? Or is it setting up for something else.

Universe 7 has 28 planets that are inhabited by sentient human like species but still has thousands or perhaps millions of uninhabited planets, why is this a thing in the narrative?

What if the wish at the end of the arc is to move the people from all the losing universes into universe 7.

I had this idea before but found it unbelievable because of how crowded it would be but with the recent information i think it might work. The problem with multiple universes is that they were separated in a way that made it narratively awkward and limited in the ways the characters can travel between them. However with this it makes it easier for all the multiversal races to interact and could be a catalyst for setting up multiple future arcs. The problem after the Freeza saga was that they had defeated the biggest bad the universe had to offer and made the unknown seem much less threatening but with this happening it could bring back fear and mystery of the unknown out there in the universe.

This episode also made me realise something. You know how most of Z's fights mostly took place in some sort of wasteland whenever they were on Earth? Super has the same thing, but replace wasteland with random rocks on the ocean.

Piccolo/Gohan, Majin Buu and even the Vegeta's entrance have mist and i think it's fair to say they don't have new forms.
It's clear than Toei keep the secret of the True appearance but give some hints (shining) !
I'm pretty sure that if Goku beyond limits is the same than the Opening, we should have plenty news with him !

Like in DBHEROES by example where the form could be used.... SSROSÉ and SSBLUE were revealed before the animé/movie appearance (SSRAGE was a TOEI thing) ! Even Jiren is in DBHEROES with just the OPENING. It's clear than the True new Goku will be a bit différent.

Those were different, Goku's mist was emitting from his body or surrounding it, and he was glowing, the others only had huge ass smokes.

Its getting worst, before it was full of recolors, now they wont even bother recoloring it and just went to adding mist and glow haha.

The new powerup he does in the opening against Jiren the grey.

Well, Goku don't shine at all.
First, Bulma have a dream and a blue light come to Goku to introduce all Z fighters.
Finally, the camera return with Goku to Bulma dream with the same blue light.... So no new form in the ending....
The shining is the blue light result, that's all !
And as I said Majin Buu, Piccolo/Gohan and Vegeta have the same mist.
