The Funi dub's version of Movie 2 has a lot of B-Movie "Scary" music.

Imperfect Cell's theme is quite terrifying.
Kid Boo's theme also has quite an ominous tone about it.

The first piece that comes to mind is M1002 from DBZ Movie 3. That film, in fact, has tons of wonderfully eerie tunes.

Would be remiss if I didn't also mention M816, originally from DBZ Movie 1, but later also used for Goku's first Super Saiyan transformation.

All the King Piccolo/Jr themes are scary, as well as most of the battle BGMs and Freeza arc BGMs being able to strike fear into your heart.
