It's a tie between Shimanuki and Ishikawa. Since I voted in Shimanuki for best Goku, I give Ishikawa this one.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 84
I'm really excited for the next episode. Pretty much everything in the preview looks like Tate's work, except that shot of Super Saiyan Blue Goku and maybe this shot of 17:

Could it be that Tate is the only supervisor on this episode? If so, that's even more exciting! Also, does anyone have any ideas about who might've drawn that shot of 17, and Super Saiyan Blue Goku? I'm guessing Higashide drew Goku, but I'm not sure about 17.
Regarding the polls, awesome idea! Voted for Tate on all three of them.
For future polls, I guess the only ones who have probably been drawn by all the supervisors would be Piccolo, Gohan, Kuririn, Bulma, Beerus, and Whis. They'd all be pretty interesting, although which shot of Beerus in each episode was drawn by the supervisor might be pretty hard to recognize.

Ishikawa gets my vote.Ajay wrote:These polls are kinda fun.
Let's do Trunks:

Swapped out Itai and Nashizawa for Yamamuro and Higashide since the former two never drew base Trunks in any recognisable form.
Vote here.

He was the top credited key animator in ROF Special and he worked on 2nd Opening. For god sake it's been so long since episode 13, come on Takahashi do something!

He's a Dragon Ball fan too. Having him show up every 10-15 episodes would be amazing.FortuneSSJ wrote: One of my wishes for this tournament.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 84
Something about #85 hit me the wrong way. I am honestly not interested spending much more episodes on recruiting. I just want to get to the action
. Don't get me wrong, I am not disliking anything, especially in terms of animation. I am just running out of patience.

I'm personally enjoying it, I'm also hoping the longer it takes to get to the actual tournament the better the animation might turn out.Sodhi wrote:Something about #85 hit me the wrong way. If we hit 95 and the start isn't in sight THEN I'm going to start getting impatient.
Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 84
I can't believe how far we have come in Super in terms of animation quality. It's really good seeing improvement happen before your eyes. I have a feeling we are really close to a normal schedule. Just a bit more push, like they are doing with outsourcing.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 84
I have my fingers crossed that the tournament will be the moment that Super finally becomes "normal". If not then hopefully by this time next year at the very least. It really does feel like we are at the tail end of Super's troubles, let's just hope that feeling is true.
