I think so, you have to transform into Super Saiyan to use it.

Pretty sure that is a misconception I am pretty sure Elder Kai said transform like you would a Super Saiyan.

Turns out I'm an idiot who's never accurately adjusted the colors on his screen before. Once I did, I popped in one of my Z Season Blu-rays, and to my surprise, the colors on them actually look fine. Figured this is the best place to rescind any of those complaints, since I doubt I could find every last one and correct it.

I think the series could've avoided the ROSAT problem if they made it a timeline exclusive thing. For example, it's implied Kami sensed Cell so why not use that, and the recent alien incursions as a motivating factor into making the ROSAT.

Maybe tie it into Trunks' warning also letting Kami know that the good guys might need a quick way to power up.

That's actually exactly what made me look into it if I'm remembering right. Although the crux of my post was mentioning that Funimation's Z Blu-ray colors look fine on my screen now, at that really proved to me that a properly-adjusted screen is important. A significant crusade I've gone on about for most of my time here is the need for a new, decent home release for Funimation, only to find out that it was my own fault the latest Blu-rays were so unwatchable. I almost feel some sort of guilt about it, I'd hate to have discouraged someone from supporting the series under false pretenses.

I am writing here because I don't feel the need to make a whole new thread, just to answer a single question.

In my collection I own the Madman R4 set for the original Dragon Ball anime. I have watched the entire set and I am mostly satisfied with it, however I prefer to watch the japanese version throughout which happens to cause a minor problem for episode 73 (dubtitles) and 81 (skipping). It's not a huge deal but I would like to watch these episodes without much hassle so I am thinking of buying the american Fortune Teller Baba Saga Set and just replace the discs from the Madman R4 set but I am unsure if those have the same issues. If that's the case then I might be better off buying the Blue Bricks Season 3 to support my collection.

So are anyone in the know about this issue? Would it be a solution to buy the american Fortune Teller Baba set or should I buy the Blue Brick set? Region locking is a non-issue as I watch everything on a region free DVD-player.
