If you're interested in the story just stick to the manga cause as of now it hasn't done any (maybe VERY little) of the nonsense the anime's been doing.

At this point they just don't care, their logic is do whatever will sell and keep kids interested regardless of it making sense or not.

The manga is still nonsense at times but these recent episodes of the anime have been ridiculous in comparison. I'm starting to question if I'm a masochist since I'm still watching/reading this even though I find it terrible and infuriating most of the time.

My only complaint I have,is they didn't explain on how vegeta obtained it other than That his strategy was clever,it made perfect sense albeit kinda forced,I just feel like toyotaro is doing SSG vegeta because he want to be different to the anime

You're bored of Uub, a character who hasn't even appeared in this show and got 3 episodes of screentime back in DBZ? Disregarding what he did in GT, we've barely see Uub in the series.

That's exactly the reason, he hasn't done anything to generate interest

Yes, he hasn't done anything yet. I like to see how characters interact with their friends and family.

Uub needs to be given some traits to make him stand apart from Gohan. What little we see if him in Z is kid with hidden power fighting for a good cause. Him learning about his history as Buu could be interesting, or seeing the family dynamic in his household, but that hasn't happened yet. As of now he hasn't got my attention.

Toei or toriyama,it could be one of them, this along with goku not telling stake's to his partner is annoying and irritating,is almost damaging my enjoyment, next week better Make up my mind,he didn't need to use ssb to a weakling like krillin, should have been like Goku use ssb and one shotted krillin, instead of the pointless fan service we got and #17 let goku use ss1 or 2.

It seems the whole beginning of this saga is filler, I don't see/expect Toyotaro wasting time with things we're seeing in the anime, the actual tournament won't even begin in May apparently. All gods are gathered in Zeno's palace in the manga, maybe they learn what they need to there and then they start gathering warriors for the actual tournament.

I hope that Zeno opening scene appears in the manga though. That was cool.
