Doesn't need to be as detailed as this one, but include movie only characters like Broly would be interesting.

Ready to guess Beerus( and Whis in top 10 maybe) is strongly in the Top 5 right now

Well guess what? Nobody cares what u think or want. If Toei already drew it, get over it and suck it up. If going by the 2nd DBS Intro we already know who will participate, but if there will be a change of the last moment make it dull 17 or stupid/childish joke Roshi, whom I won't mind taking off-stage walk again. Yamcha instead of any of them would be GREAT!
Yeah lets replace 17 with the person who always gets owned or killed first.

When I saw the Boruto thing I thought at first that DB was going to draw from Naruto. I was wrong. :(

Indeed, they did already drew it, and there is no trace of Yamcha in there, you prefer Yamcha right? whats so bad about childish when he's at the epitome of childish when he was being smug and dreamy about them coming to him for help, Yamcha's just as much a joke as Roshi is but with Roshi being actually cool while Yamcha is.... we all know what role he'll play if he does participate. If you wanna point out that no one gives a crap about what I say, it would be wise to apply the same to you.
bolded it for ya, kiddo.

They're sorta acknowledging it, but at the same time they THINK they're fixing it in a legitimate way. That's alarming. Which makes me wonder if they're even familiar with the show

How? The interview backed up what we have seen. He said it is about tactics and so Krillin etc may prove to be useful and he showed this in that episode where he sliced under Goku and don't forget it is about teamwork too Goku was about to over power him in the Ki clash but 18 intervened that will be allowed in ToP.

Its still kinda hard to... you know.. swallow what they're saying all for the sake of making the other characters play a big part, but then again on the bright side having Roshi,Krillin and Tien play an important role is a good thing, it destroys the so called "Goku and Vegeta show" even more plus a more fun way to watch it as it has tactics/strategies and all that good stuffs now rather than the usual cqc clashing of who's more powerful, I'm not a fan of what they're doing but I guess I'll get over it after seeing more and more episodes, I mean honestly they wouldnt be able to pull off anything worst than Krillin V SSJB Goku even if it did have a reason to exist, I just hope someone from Toei doesnt read this and pulls a "We wouldnt huh? challenge accepted."

I don't see what is so hard to swallow about it, the rules are their for a reason to help the like of Roshi and Krillin out, I am sure everyone would be more satisfied seeing Krillin do things with 18 than seeing a bunch of aliens from a random planet who has an audience we have zero connections with. You said it yourself it's more fun this way so why are you at the same time not a fan of it? I don't understand.

Indeed, thats why I'm not a fan of the thought that Fem Broly being a part of U7 as a twist and add her to the members and remove Roshi,Krillin or Tien (very small possibility of happening) its because of what I got to know, like how despite the small difference of power with Raditz and Goku+Piccolo team up didnt do anything to him let alone budge him, he was treating them like a play thing, and we both know how experienced and well known both Goku and Piccolo were at the time but that didnt help them, a lot more scenarios can be said but I dont want to sound naggy so lets leave it at here, I also dont want this to turn out to be another powerlevel talk, lets just go with "it doesnt look good from pre-established lore."

I love Piccolo's character, I just wish that blurp would have been more about how Piccolo's powers would be helpful in the tournament instead of just him being Gohan's teacher.

Sigh...I've been hoping he would be relevant since Super started back in July 2015, and now I've accepted this will never happen.

The circumstances were different, that wasn't restricted by rules, here killing is not allowed for example so people have to automatically restrain themselves already an advantage for the likes of Krillin.

Funny though, was that rule added because most of these guys are gonna dye after the tournament is over and Zen-Oh dose not want anyone messing with his kill count?

Or maybe Zeno and Grand Priest dont want them dead, he will probably only destroy the universes, not the fighters because why would he destroy fighters that can give him another good entertainment? who was it that said they'll all be blown to bits? if it was only Beerus then dont... rather NEVER trust that cat's words!

The exact opposite was already confirmed back in the preliminaries. Everyone except the Angels will be erased.

Oh yeah, I forgot  maybe their having 2nd thoughts about it and just mentioned they'll destroy them as well to motivate them more, either way that rule sounds really fishy.

It is probably because Zen-Ohs want entertaining battles, no fun if some folks are going with the intent of killing opponents.

Yeah but I find that odd since Zen-Oh is very child like and is more then happy to blow up everything without a thought. It dose not feel like something he'dthink of. I think its more then likely the Grand Priest talked him into the rule for that reason, he knows that Zen-Oh can be unpredictable and temperamental at the best of times and so insuring that none dies during the tournament and making the fights last longer, also through the ring out rule, were the best ways to insure the Omni-King would be satisfied.

I really think Goku just needs to have a talk with Zeno, theres a high chance he'll listen to what Goku says. Then again yeah maybe Grand Priest was the one that mentioned it to Zeno because he see's Goku as a threat, how lenient he is with Zeno and how Zeno listens to Goku.
