Hope it's the latter. The free DLC should bring Super Saiyan to Movie 15's Goku and Vegeta, I'll be surprised if it also brings a new character/variation along with a new mentor and some accessories and clothes that I'm hoping XV2 will get.

Or they give SSGSS Goku and Vegeta their FT Arc clothes (AKA Goku's Turtle School gi and Vegeta's blue Saiyan Armor).

According to jDantastic on Twitter the combos for the new DLC characters are indeed completely new, so just as hoped Rose Black isn't a clone of Goku.

Befor the stream starts I've got to say I love how they made Black and Zamasu's ki blades look. So cool and yet unique to eachother, almost if the blade they create is a manifestation of themselves.

Hope that translates to in game.
