The 20x Kamehameha has a rush before the attack. That may have been what was used on Piccolo. The angry Kamehameha has a combo before it too.

Also (Little of topic) i tried that Tenshinhan trick very awesome, My max damage done with Shin kiko-ho is 92100 (a little over 9 bars of health) VS maxed out hirudegarn

No, Yamcha used his moves again during Z. It was filler, but they happened. Where as Tenshinhan... didn't. Other than two he was given in the games everything else was pretty much one time only use.

He used the spirit ball in DBZ movie 3 as well.

At least, Vegeta (Saiyan Saga) and Vegeta (Android Saga) were unique enough, maybe Vegeta (Buu) should have been an alternate costume to Vegeta (Android Saga), if tailless Vegeta could get an Oozaru form, Vegeta should be buff in spandex. (On second thought, maybe not...)

I think he might have used it in Movie 3, but I'm not completely sure.

No, he used it once, against Goku in the 22nd Budokai. He used a double dodon-pa against the tree of might when all the fighters attacked it though.

Seriously though, just because they used it once, doesn't mean they won't use it in a fighting game. Vegeta used the galick gun once. So why not make an early Tenshinhan? Give him a kamehameha, a crazy crane rush, and his ultimate would be the multiform special attack he used against Goku at the 23rd or something.

How can Vegeta Buu Arc be an alternate outfit for Vegeta Cell arc? It would'nt be Vegeta Buu Arc if they did and would kill the whole specific time version thing that DBZ is about. I think that sorta thing could only apply for a GT Vegata maybe!

And mid Goku is fine. Don't speak for everyone whom every said it.

If they want to fix the whole “everyone changes their techniques/abilities/attacks every couple” problem buy making listings of the same characters I have no problem with it, just don't make me have to level up five different versions of Adult Gokus. And also, don't clutter up the screen with either, let me choose Goku then chose which Goku I want.

Hey, don't we pretty much have most of the finalists for the 23rd Tournament? I think we're on really missing like three people.
