Imagine if episode 90 starts right off the bat with goku getting punched through rocks and is looking all serious, we see him enjoying the fight and berrus and whis looking intrigued, then the camera slowly pans showing Goku's gi wearing individual, we see his face and there stands mystic gohan with his bang, smirking..

Gohan becoming that powerful in a short time is definitely not happening.

While I'm not a fan of the idea as well despite me liking Gohan (tho it did happen back in Boo arc *cough potential old kai dance *cough) it'd be wise not to take Toei likely, if 17 can come out of nowhere forcing Goku to go SSJB and Krillin getting that strong pushing God Goku's wave back from training via weights and gym equipments then Gohan meditating may equal to SSJBKK, believe it. Look at the bright side, chances are Piccolo may get a huge boost with this as well, not that far fetched, if Krillin could do it, fcking big Green can as well.

Tournament is most likely starting on episode 93. I'm a little sad we won't get an episode based on Planet Sadal... oh well, let's hope we will at least see it through some flashback from U6 Saiyans if their universe will really go boom.

Why do we need an episode for that? Can very well happen after the tournament. I'm not sure why people want that so much? It's TOEI we're talking about here, it won't be executed right even if it does happen.

Too.fucking.much (not as a possibility of happening, but for my heart, I can only handle so much from Gohan) if that bang pops the fck out with his mystic aura whoopin Goku's ass.... then God help us,Thor's mjolnir caught like a bitch and destroyed wouldnt be the biggest WTF epic moment for me anymore.

I wanted him to train with Goku last arc and was severely letdown. This arc just keeps on delivering left and right.

The way they are building him up, imagine if he gets to face Toppo and defeat him OR if he is the last man standing for Universe 7.

The Gohan fanboys are definitely getting too excited as what is exciting about that title. The Piccolo and Gohan training feels like it is made up by Toei like all this build up stuff.

IIRC feels like in Z when Gohan was more important to the plot than Vegeta.

The way they are building him up, imagine if he gets to face Toppo and defeat him OR if he is the last man standing for Universe 7.

The thing about Gohan and Vegeta, is that it's like they're always on the opposite spectrums of relevance. When ones relevant the other usually isn't. Hopefully that changes. I'd love to see them have a friendly spar or fight alongside each other as equals.

I could see Toppo fighting him, but I doubt that he'd be the last person standing. That seems like something out of my wildest dreams.

The title for ep.90 is GokuXGohan so that doesn't mean that they will actually be fighting because why not just put vs. X in Japan means cross so maybe they do train with whis before the ToP and goku and gohan get stronger than they ever imagined

Yeah that X in the middle of them was a bit weird, normally they use V or VS for that right? maybe they're not exactly fighting but doing something to surpass something... we need summaries.

Back in Buu arc he was using his father's gi only because Goku was dead and Gohan wanted to be similar to his father.
Now it makes no sense for Gohan to keep wearing the orange gi... I also think the purple gi would be way more nostalgic if what they want is nostalgia.

The training might contradict how well he does later and might even not make a difference. Overall it could just be used to create easy episodes.

But yeah, I'd rather he started representing himself, be his own man so to speak. He paid respect to Piccolo before fighting Cell and paid respect to Goku before round 2 against Buu. His Saiyaman outfit although made by Bulma is something that represents him, although thinking about it, being his own man has only led to abject failure, so uh, guess that must have been Toriyama's way of saying, that Gohan really doesn't stand a chance, when he only has himself to draw inspiration from

A training that Piccolo specializes in like meditating and a training where Goku specializes in like fighting? I dunno it could be anything, that X in the middle of them was weird.

To be fair it's technically roshi's gi .

I'd rather him have the early boo saga gi. It shows respect to Piccolo but is also his own thing at the same time.
