Vegetto's power was continually rising since he was charging up the Kamehameha. Hence the "already" meaning it surpassed Beerus as soon as he started charging energy

This is a manga, if the author wants to dismember all their characters he can. This notion that some characters have more status is exactly why we have people demanding respect to character X and more screen-time for character Y.
Imagine if the author created with these bias in mind, how much of a nightmare would that be and what a dull and insipid product would be delivered.

In the past we've been somewhat lenient since Viz was behind, but they're up to date now, and they're simulpublishing the series.

I appreciate Viz aren't an option for everyone around the world, but there are ways around that that are far better than falling back on illegal, and in this case, presumably wrong scanlations.

He wasn't even really screwing around in the manga. He attacked him, countered his grab attempt, then tried to kill him. Manga Vegetto can't even use the Final Kamehameha, it takes too much power
