Skipping ahead after the tournament of power would be the best way to open up new avenues of story telling. They're quickly running out of wiggle room to keep working in the time period before EoZ and the epilogue gives them at least two fresh new fighters to work with. Honestly, I feel like the writers are just hurting themselves if they don't get to that point.

Let's hope they will get through EoZ. I really want to see grown-up Goten and Trunks doing things.

Actually no one knows anything. The fact that Dragon Ball Super is heading to end of Z (which is obvious that would happen) means nothing. Anything can happen later on.

I've been saying they will keep the original EOZ ending. If this isn't a confirmation of maybe I'm not understanding.

Yeah I think a lot of us expecting the EoZ time skip to happen after this arc, that Uub reference was too long and on too on the nose to mean nothing. I guess we'll see what happens!

Also DBS will not end, it is making far too much money and script writer Toshio basically said as long as fans continue to enjoy (and support) DB will stay forever (or something to that effect).

This is really good news cause 1- It means we'll be getting a lot more DB and 2- We might move into the GT or even a completely new time period afterwards.

Gokû and Vegeta are the linchpins sustaining my interest in Super. Without them, I stop watching the show, so I take the vague moving toward EoZ news as a possible red flag of sorts. Super's helped me through a rough couple years, it'd be sad to see it off, but nothing I can do about it if that's what happens.

Goku and Vegeta will likely stay. Gohan is a maybe, but the rest should be finished. They're washed up.

Those 2 are the face of the franchise so they aren't going anywhere. We'll get a different setting, new characters and new designs for existing ones but that's about it. If popular characters like Piccolo and Gohan don't get much to do then what are the chances of Uub, Pan, etc. getting anything ? at most they'll be in the background with everyone else while Goku, Vegeta (maybe Future Trunks every now and then) take care of things.

I mean before this all blows up are we sure what that twitter account that posted is trustworthy? I think we should wait until we get some audio/video clips or something we all know what happened when sites run things like this before... The Dragon Ball community is known for it's misinformation.

There not going to make the same mistake like they did with gt dude vegeta will still be there along with goku and gohan to an extent.

They are our new main characters! Enjoy and please ignore the 100 plus episodes of Goku and his crew because now they will only appear every ten episodes or so."

Dragon Ball Super will always be about the current generation. If they ever want to role with the new generation idea, they have to start a new series like Boruto. It's something that needs build up and very specific advertisement. Or else it will just roll over and die.

They could do a slow buildup to Oob taking Gokus place like they tried with Gohan. I wouldn't write it off. I don't see why people are getting so crazy about the possibility of Goku being replaced. They'd never have the balls to completely get rid of the old cast. It's just that Goku won't be the one saving the day anymore.

Uub can be introduced sure, but if they decide to form majuub once more that would be terrible..
Let them stay different characters and if they fuse, I expect uub to be able to regenerate after that pointless act

How am you know uub could never do that ? We were barely introduced to his character ? He has infinite potential.
