He has infinite potential.
Exactly, Goku isn't just the face of the franchise but is arguably the face of all Shonen while Uub is a nobody so how could he do that ? if someone like Vegeta who is the 2nd face of the franchise can't replace him then there's no way a new character can.
Of course he does and I can see him being a fan favorite down the line but not Goku's replacement. No one will ever replace Goku.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

A post GT spin off would be great because there's no Dragonballs, Whis, or Goku, so half of the cop outs are already non factors. Vegeta and Krillin could serve as mentors and Goten, Trunks, and uub could take center stage. I would actually enjoy that a lot.

If there was any interest in Goten and Trunks whatsoever wed be seeing them in the upcoming tournament.

Let them stay different characters and if they fuse, I expect uub to be able to regenerate after that pointless act
Fusing them permanently would be a bad idea, especially now that they gave buu a new slim dimension.
I'd love if they continued soon after the 28th tournament, just hope Toriyama continues providing the plotlines. Goten & Trunks, Oob, Pan... Nice! Well, Goku and the others too, but I'd like to see specially those.

Really doubt slim is here to stay..
Even the new teaser showed him fat

Fingers crossed it stays as a SSJ-esque transformation atleast, when things get serious.

It's called developing his character. You don't have to be so stuck in the past. For all we know, Oob could be an even better character than Goku. Besides, Goku will definitely still get a good amount of screen time.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.
I think it comes down to what you're watching the show for. Is it the world first or the characters first?
I'm fine with Precure rebooting each year because I like the world. I like Dragon Ball for the characters, not so much the world, so replacing the characters or retiring them in favor of others would make me quit watching.
Kishido wrote:I'm more hyped for episode 90 with Gohan vs Goku... And this whole breaking the wall...
Who of them? Both?
Or will Gohan break the ultimate state "full" potential or Goku will get a new form
Both seems like a good option, goku is more than likey getting a new form in the tourny, giving gohan an outdated Wesker form isn't fun, instead they both could get to the highest goku knows like they did in the cell saga

Amen. Can someone please explain to me (if they know) exactly what Toyotaro said?.
I read that he explained Super would tie in to EOZ, not that it would surpass it.

Both would be a win-win, tho if its just one of them in that certain episode then I hope its Gohan, mainly because we already know Goku's gonna get a new form, OP teased it, the recent video showing the 10 fighters teased it in the end (again), tho ED was a little vague by just having Goku looking at something while having that mist.

Am I wrong? have I misunderstood him?.
It sounds like he simply meant Super is going towards EoZ, which is obvious just looking at the Uub's mentions. Probably another of those things people blow out of proportion, like "Yamamuro announced a new movie".
Fem Broly looks cute and the more I'm hearing about the Gohan/Piccolo episode, the more I'm intrigued about it.

But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.
