I've had a feeling for a while that #18 will be one of the first to fall in the tournament from U7 in a manner that'll get Krillin and #17 upset and motivate those two even more.

I mean, what bigger motivator to win is there (not including your universe being erased) than to avenge your defeated wife/sister. I could see #18 getting taken out by someone strong and then Krillin and #17 teaming up to take that person down.
All 10 will last a long time as I feel Universe 7 will dominate the majority of the tournament but will struggle towards the end and somehow just win.

Yes i've had a weird feeling about 18 too from the start especially that she's overprotective of Krillin i see her getting down soon, same with Piccolo.

Me. Yamaha is so ridiculously pitiful and weak it would be embarrassing to choose him over Trunks or Goten. He actually has LESS experience fighting strong enemies than them even if it was as Gotenks mainly.
Currently watching: My Hero Academia

Wait... What ? Yamcha fought and trained for years. The boo saga lasted like 2 days.

Yamcha is a great fighter. Kami said so himself. It's just that he always is in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Super Part 1 is 3rd (As Lion King is for some reason in there so not counting that) on the Amazon's best selling anime list and it isn't even out until July! Surprised it is that high so soon, Buu Kai Part 1 is like 34th and part 2 is like in the 50's just for comparison... This year Super is gonna make a killing now it's entered the U.S as well as other international territories!

To me Yamcha is an entertaining character,he makes me laugh and all but i don't see him as a fighter they can still find ways to make him useful though look at Bulma she's no fighter but bitch is useful AF.

Yamcha in his prime was probably around Ginyu Force level, and they were considered the strongest forces in the universe under Freeza's empire.

That's the impact of super and later parts of z. Watch the original Dragonball and he's clearly a fighter.

And as said, Yamcha was considered a main character and Z-fighter all the way to the end of the Cell saga which is more than half of DBZ. He really only retired from fighting in the Buu arc.

Toriyama could have easily not had Yamcha (or even Tenshinhan) show up for the Cell games and left them behind like all the other characters, but he didn't. Seeing Yamcha and the others struggle against the Cell Jr.s and fire beams off at Cell at the end really capped off his character well at the time.

Yeah in Dragon ball he was a fighter but after that i don't even remember him having a huge impact in a battle field,at least Tien had that scene where he saved 18 but Yamcha clearly isn't a risk taker just look how even Krillin was brave enough to fight super Buu and he wasn't.

I have no problems with more Saiyans in U6 Team, but two female Saiyans that can became SSJ just because Cabba taught them I wouldn't like much, but I will see before jumping conclusions

Well with Caulifla it seems likely Cabba taught her, I think not so much with Kale. From the sounds of it Cabba is being uncharacteristically dickish to her, always getting on her case while she is only trying to help but is scared and while powerful is not a warrior at heart. Her great power may come from her genetics rather then hard training.

Cabba pushes her one to many times and that, combined with the stress of the tournament, result in...

No after seeing kid Trunks and Goten get it.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

No after seeing kid Trunks and Goten do it.
Pretty much this.

After its first appearance the transformation of legend has practically been given away to every saiyan or half saiyan on note.

Hybrids ≠ Full-blooded
Still doesn't change the fact that a 7 and an 8 year old popped into the legendary form with little effort. Not even gohan got it so easily. And he was in the thick of it pretty much all his life.

But it is worth noting that Gohan was able to obtain the form in an artificial setting, yes Goku had cut loose but thats not the same thing as having an alien overlord murdered your friends in cold blood or finding the corpse of your murdered farther/older sibling figure. As long as you have some experience with hardship or loss becoming a SS while training cannot be out of the question. Cabba is a living person and a warrior, he must have experienced such things in his life. As such I see no reason to question him or any saiyan of sufficient power and life experience being able to achieve SS during training.

Edit: Especially with someone to teach them.
