Whoops, my bad. Just read the description been behind on the news lately but that's so awesome! I'm so happy that we have two strong female characters!

I'm not convinced yet for two reasons.

The first is the hair style. If "Caulifla" hair remains the same then in SSJ she would look too similar to "Kale" in her SSJ rage form. I can't imagine they would introduce two female Saiyans which look so similar in SSJ form.

The second is the name. In Japanese I would think they would pronounce "Kale" as "Ka-Ii" which would make it sound awful similar to the "Cauli" maybe the first is actually the Japanese name for the character and the 2nd if the western name? Again I can't imagine they would introduce two female characters with similar SSJ hairstyles and similar sounding names. It would just be ridiculously confusing.

Well Toei and Toriyama both love to subvert our expectations. I suspect that rather then have just a girl Broly, They took elements of Broly "character" and used them to create two new ones.

Idk, this character has the LSSJ green tint hair but we don't even know who that's supposed to be. If anything it tells us the character designs weren't final for the female Saiyan(s),

You have to remember, Super Saiyan isn't just the trigger, you need to be in a certain realm of power as well before you're able to be pushed to SS. Neither Vegeta nor Gohan became Super Saiyan when they had plenty of rage moments before their transformations in the Android Saga.

Trunks THE STORY contradicts that, showing a 14 year old Future Trunks as a Super Saiyan struggling in training against base Future Gohan.

We obviously don't know the exact reason but Trunks and Goten were born exceptionally strong even for Saiyans as their bases are close to Gohan/Vegeta/Goku while they are still that young. Further as I've pointed out NUMEROUS times. In universe EVERY single character calls out there ability to go SSJ as unbelievable and BS. Literally everyone that sees it for the first time their jaws hit the floor and it's treated as ridiculous and almost a gag even within the universe. It was never seen as a normal thing.

If these "two" other Saiyans go SSJ as easily as Cabba without someone claiming it's BS and playing it straight in universe then there will be a quantifiable different in presentation. In one circumstance it's considered unbelievably exceptional and in another it could be considered mundane.

Characters pointing out an issue doesn't make it less of an issue.

Super saiyan is not what it used to be and hasn't since goku unlocked it.

I'm for the " two female saiyans" theory

The opening and magazine one is Kale, the savage one is Cauliflowa

The first one has transformations, the second we don't know yet

Well for me I have to ask "Why dose every one assume things are being changed behind the scenes?"

The sole change to ever happen in this arc was covering up the cloaked Jiren model. Thats really what has spawned all this "changes" talk. People automatically assumed this was an error on Toei's part and was changed. Did none stop and think it might have been an intentional error to build expectation for Jiren but also allow Toppo to have a surprise reveal. They have had months to prepare characters for this arc and I highly doubt they are actually going to go through random character design changes this late in the game especially when they have already produced the official art work for them to build the hype. No other shown characters have undergone any radical changes so why would Caulifla?

While far better then Minus and came first it has many of the same issues as a narrative i.e. its not a story. Its bare bones plot points that give you little to now insight into Trunks's passed beyond Gohan died. History of Trunks takes those bare bones plot points and developed them into a far superior narrative which actually keeps in line with previous rules set up in the manga.

The Trunks backstory chapter was created near the ending of the Cell Saga though, and Trunks having SSJ since he was young without any specific trigger would line up with what was shown in the Buu Saga. Obviously when Toei created the History of Trunks tv special their staff didn't seem to consider the possibility that the show could time skip to a point where Trunks was fighter and their change would create confusion.

She seems to be a true Saiyan girl, as if she were from U7, and she could be exactly how I believed Saiyan girls to be before Super was even a thing. I'm mostly hyped for ep89 because of Caulifla and Cabba interactions.

Saiyans are all the same as all they do is get emotional and their hair becomes yellow with them somehow become crazy strong. How can you even get excited about them. This is just wasting 2 spaces on new races which we could have seen.

Universe 6 should have 1 Saiyan, 1 Namekian, 1 Earthling, 1 Frieza race and 6 new races.

Her hair is pretty much exactly the same. Why would they make two different saiyan females look so similar. The name "Kale" if pronounced how you might if it were written in Japanese might even sound similar. I'd need someone else to confirm that. All I'm saying is having two female characters who have similar hairstyles and possibly similar sounding names is a bit large of a coincidence. Even the locks of hair are placed similarly.

That didnt stop enma for giving Vegeta some free time just so he can help kill Boo, Toei may BS their way into making Freeza work for them VIA Beerus threatening him that "If you dont join, you wont just die, I will personally erase your existence" as you know, Freeza was quite afraid of Beerus at the time.
Tho yeah I feel like those are fake as well, they're emphasizing too much on teamwork now, Freeza is the last person you would want to join when it comes to that, not to mention his weakness in stamina when going gold form.
