Things would've been completely different - Frieza probably would've ruled the universe.

"Kakarrot" happens. He would have been an evil little Saiyan bugger, and would probably go on to destroy a lot of the world. He'd have more opposition than those who sent him would have expected, though. Roshi would most likely kill him, if not the Red Ribbon Army, or even King Piccolo.

A large part of the reason that "Goku" got through all those was because of the training he received or with help from his friends. "Kakarrot" would likely receive neither of those, and would be at a disadvantage. Or then again, "Kakarrot" would likely be more savage and battle-hungry than "Goku" was, so he might end up naturally as strong or stronger, anyway.

Either way, Freeza would eventually rule the universe. "Kakarrot" would never have been able to become a Super Saiyan.

You're talking about when Baby Goku hit his head and because of that became pure n' good isn't?

I always ask to myself this question hehehe...

It would be a good fanfiction to do....(well, if you're 14 years old of course lol)

Radditz would have conquered Earth. As mentioned, if he remained Kakarotto, either Kamesennin or even Songohan would have eventually killed him. Judging his strength, then depending on circumstances (human form instead of Oozaru), maybe even the Red Ribbon Army. Piccolo Daimao would never be released since Goku was never there to interfere with Pilaf, making 22nd budokai-era Tenshinhan the strongest man on Earth prior to Raditz's arrival. In other words, the only people to stand up to Raditz would be people with PLs under 250.

If you think about it then "Kakarrot" would have known how to make full use of his Oozaru form, and he'd probably have the planet conquered in a matter of months. People would be looking for a giant monkey, not a little baby.

If it weren't for the giant ape transformation,,, i suppose that with more time and as Kakkarot grows older - Son Gohan may be able to eventually "break" or "tame" him..

This somehow reminds me of Evangelion Angelic Days manga. What if factors.

Garlic Jr. would have killed Raditz be if he was bored, he could have opened the Dead Zone and just made him stay there for all eternity or possibly suck up the Earth into the Dead Zone. Then Broly would have come for no reason since Goku would have been dead by now.

But movie villians really don't count seeing how its impossible to fit movies into the DBZ timeline.

Well, even so, it's unlikely that Goku would have been much stronger than he was when Bulma found him. So his power would have only been around 100 as an Oozaru. If Roshi, or Tao, or Tien ever ran into him... they could have taken him.

Hmmm...

Oozaru Goku would destroy the Earth by night, and and turn into a cute and seemingly innocent child by day. Raditz would pick him up (depending on whether or not he got defeated by the people of Earth), and would join up with Vegeta and Nappa to travel to Namek and attempt to wish for immortality to take Freeza down. Gohan and the other humans wouldn't get in their way, so maybe they could steal the Dragon balls from Frieza. But then again... could they handle Freeza's special forces?

Why doesn´t anyone even regard that there are evil masters that train their students? Gok could have fought Tenshinhan, and then lost to him, and then joined the Crane club. Vegeta joined the Earthlings, remember?
Then Tenshinhan and Goku woud have faced Piccolo, killed him before he got young again (maybe though).
Depending on the circumstances, if Goku survived, he may have joined Radditz to help him and his gang to kill people.

Quite possibly:

Gohan would have died saving Goku from the fall (or died from his wounds).

Upon meeting Bulma, he would kill her after learning how she found him and about the Dragonballs.

Having three of the seven Dragonballs, knowing their power, and armed with the Dragon Radar he would have hunted down and killed Oolong and the villagers and Pilaf.

He would then use his "being a child" to trick Master Roshi into putting out the fire at Mt. Frypan and claim the last two remaining Dragonballs.

Roshi, Ox King, and Chi Chi would team up to fight him and have him almost beaten until the full moon comes out and turns the tide.

The next day, Goku would use the Dragonballs to wish for immortality. However before he can, Kami would choose to come down (as he can not let this go on any further) and kills Goku.

or

during the fight, Goku hits his head and becomes good. Out of guilt for the damage he has caused, he decides to becomes Earth's protector. He then uses the Dragonballs to wish for everyone he killed to be revived.

Y'know what'd be hilarious?

Pilaf gets his wish and conquers the world. With a side-effect that anyone who comes to Earth also becomes loyal to him thanks to the wish.

Raditz comes to Earth...and becomes his lackey. Same with Nappa and Vegeta. Finally Freeza decides to see what the hell is going on with this planet and visits himself.

And so we get Pilaf, Universal Emperor.
