Bandai lately has really tried to reuse as many parts in their figures and models as possible lately, and it's now culminated in SSG Goku going from the appropriately thin prototype to just being a repaint of the new regular Goku mold, only with new faces (and maybe arms).

Aside from more buff also no white trim on the boots either? Amazing how professional companies can be so sloppy at time. I've seen bootleg SSG Goku toys even add the white trim in! Ffs. Sigh.

I wasn't really sure what the best place was to ask this question, but what I wanted to know is if there are guidebooks or anything that collect all the artwork from the Dragon Ball Heroes cards. I love the artwork and character designs, canon or non-canon I don't care, but I don't really want to try and collect all the cards. A lot of them are several dollars apiece. If there are book collections or something I'd much rather go that route.

Anybody know when the pre-order SH figuarts Shen long goes live?
Word on the street is the preorder will drop as early as June 1st.
This seems to match up with the recent trend of pre order dropping 4 months prior to release. However, I'm Not sure if we even have a "confirmed" October 2017 release on this thing yet. I know there is a shonen jump release calendar somewhere on the inter webs not sure if there is any info on that.

To answer my own question: Yes, Shenlong pre-order released today on Toei online shop. We seem to have a price point of 9,500 yen slightly higher than the previous predictions of 9,000 yen.

Yup, they are no longer taking pre-orders. However for those interested BlueFin (the figuarts distributor in the United States) has started their sales at a slightly higher price of 99.99 usd.
Bigbadtoystore are currently accepting pre-orders now.
