The official release is on the 21st unless that's a Sunday (which it is this month), in which case it's moved to slightly earlier. The best time to expect leaks, if that's what you're after, is around the 18th.Fearless wrote:Any news for the next chapter?

Honestly, I'm not sure how they can make the ending any better than the anime version unless they just don't kill Trunks timeline. But they kind of have to if we're going to have 2 Zenos in present day.

They can simply have Zeno erase Zamasu without erasing the rest of the timeline, then have GOku invite Zeno to their timeline.Boo Machine wrote:Honestly, I'm not sure how they can make the ending any better than the anime version unless they just don't kill Trunks timeline. I suppose that works. Though that would still leave Trunks with a very empty timeline. Without the gods they can't locate the Super Dragonballs in that timeline, I don't think. Either way I feel like Trunks is screwed.Kanassa wrote:They can simply have Zeno erase Zamasu without erasing the rest of the timeline, then have GOku invite Zeno to their timeline.Boo Machine wrote:Honestly, I'm not sure how they can make the ending any better than the anime version unless they just don't kill Trunks timeline. Maybe Goku could teleport Trunks to New Namek... Or teach Trunks instant Transmission BECAUSE THAT IT VERY HELPFUL!Boo Machine wrote: I suppose that works. Gotta love the multiple sets of magic wish granting objects. Assuming they can effect other timelines of course.Kanassa wrote:Maybe Goku could teleport Trunks to New Namek... Trunks with Instant Transmission would be very cool. Would certainly help him escape whatever other evil Duo that decides to hunt him down. He seems to attract those.

Lol, haven't you guys learned from last month? Their won't be any major changes, he's still following the same script from the anime. Trunks' timeline is doomed no matter what, he's not allowed to change that much

With Toriyama's outline being so vague,I wouldn't be so sure of that.If his outline was something like ''Zeno comes and erases the immortal Zamasu'',then the timeline being erased may have been a decision from Toei's part.A big liberty for sure, but it's definitely not the first time they'd do this.OLKv3 wrote:Lol, haven't you guys learned from last month? The story doesn't work if the whole cosmos is not erased. Otherwise there would be no reason for Goku to bring Future Zeno to his timeline (and we know he does from the US Saga preview). Future Daishinkan would come look for him. There can be a better conclusion to the story than "you gotta live with your duplicates now", however.MyNiggaGoku wrote:With Toriyama's outline being so vague,I wouldn't be so sure of that.If his outline was something like ''Zeno comes and erases the immortal Zamasu'',then the timeline being erased may have been a decision from Toei's part.A big liberty for sure, but it's definitely not the first time they'd do this.OLKv3 wrote:Lol, haven't you guys learned from last month? I hope the entire cloudmasu climax is kept. That was by far more creative than the typical way DB villains just get physically stronger and stronger before dying in a beam struggle. Zamasu actually changed into a new state of being.Rhuagh wrote:The story doesn't work if the whole cosmos is not erased. What I ask of Toyotarõ is no Genki-Sword crap and don't send Trunks and Mai to a random timeline because..., reasons.
I would like to see Future Trunks die as a hero, it's not that I dislike him. His character is just so tragic that I can't picture a better ending. It would close out the character beautifully in my opinion.

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
Considering Toyotaro's had several MONTHS to analyze the ending of the anime's version of the arc, plus he's a fan of the franchise himself, I'm betting he's come up with something good.jeffbr92 wrote:I hope for a better ending to Future Trunks this time
Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.
