I assume you mean $180 for both sets? Both of my sets cost me around £50 each, so that's about $180 together.
1. Where can I get these box sets?
Australian and New Zealand retail sites

Entertainment House(Only has the first set)
2. Will I ever be able to get them at a regular Wal-Mart or store that sells DVDs in America?
Not likely, unless the store carries imports. Maybe you could ask them to order it for you?
3. How can I tell if my DVD player is region-free?
Most DVD players have hacks available to make them region free. Search google.
4. Are computers region free?
Most drives are region locked, but I've heard you can get around this. You'd have to search google for this. These sets are Region 4 only, by the way.
5. How much money are these?
Retail is around $99(Aus). Foreign customers don't have to pay tax, so it will be a little cheaper, however shipping will cost more. I bought the first box from Entertainment House and the second from ezydvd.com.
