Gohan's age in the Buu and Cell arcs

As for the Goten thing, as the the Androids/Cell saga took place over a few weeks, I always figured Goku knocked Chi Chi up during that wait for the Cell Games or a little bit before they went to face the Androids.

I always figured that they did it after Goku recovered from his heart condition at Roshi's place or sometime during the 10 days before the Cell games.

Nope, that's impossible. There aren't enough months left in the year for him to be born that year too. I had to happen a few month prior to the appearance of the Androids.

Yeah, and Goku in the 22nd Budokai looked more like 7 than 15, so you can't judge by apperance.

on he looks more like hes<-- hes? What is this hes? My computer pronounces that "hess". Although I don't know what device you're using to make posts, I'd imagine it has apostrophes somewhere...

Whew, I have no idea why I felt compelled to do that. Please don't take it personally! ^^. And I probably made mistakes in the process, which... would be legal to mock...

Looks aren't something to go on in DB, though; Goku didn't really grow much at all between the beginning of DB and his training with Kami, which was several years; the same timespan on which we saw significant growth in Gohan. I would say Goku being pure saiyan had something to do with it, but then there's Krillin. Of course, Krillin's a migit...

And I don't know that I changed all that much physically between 16 and 18.

Reminds me in Budokai 3 that 5 year-old Gohan is the same height as Little Goku who appears to be from the Dragon Ball quest arc.

Considering that Kid Goku has the Dragon Fist (the attack he took out King Piccolo with) I'd take him more as King Piccolo era Kid Goku. Let's also not forget that Goten and Trunks are nearly as tall as Videl in B3 though. So sizes in the games are rather... iffy for scale judging.

But the series did have its own refrence. When Goten entered the ring the announcer had a flash back to Goku following over and it was overlayed on top of Goten. Based on the collapse shown I think it was 21st Budokai Goku falling before he could declare himself the winner for the tie-breaker. Thus, 6/7 year old Goten is as tall as 12 year old Goku. And Goku only gains a few inches between 12 and 15.

As much as Goku grew between 15 and 18, you figure you could just video tape him for a couple hours standing still, and then replay it at a high speed and watch his size increase...
