What happens if two pure blooded saiyans who can go SSJ had a kid?

It seems like if the father can already go SSJ it makes things a lot easier for the kid to go SSJ. Then in universe 6 it seems their saiyans can go SSJ rather easily from the get go. So if say Cabba and Cauliflora had a kid would that baby pretty much be born in SSJ form?

Universe 6 saiyans can't go ssj easily...those 3 are the strongest known saiyans of their universe so it's basically just them 3 out of what? Millions...

By the way universe 6 saiyans are much different than universe 7 saiyans.. They evolved and have lived in peace... they lost their primitive side aka the tail and ability to go ape mode. They also look smaller in comparison to the traditional universe 7 saiyan which was beefy and muscular.

You can also make the assumption Cabba is without a lot of training, as they've lived in peace and those on Earth haven't. It is my assumption Cabba is scrawny in comparison due to lesser extensive training than that of Gohan. Even Goten and Trunks have trained plenty at such a young age and achieved SSJ3 Gotenks.

Huh? Hes been fighting with his group for years, there is no way he hasnt trained or at least gotten strong in battle.

It was never said the whole universe is peaceful that I can recall, just that their society in general is peaceful.
