To be honest, excluding the arm muscles on Jiren, nothing looks Yamamuro to me. None of them has the glows everyone hates and their bodies are too skinny.
Kale could easily be a direct Toriyama model since she has all the skinny body traits that Toriyama adds to his characters since Jaco. Rebrianne also lacks detail.
Could it he that all of them are Toyotaro's ?
Jiren is Yamamuro, they posted it on the website.
He follows the original art pretty closely these days, so that's why the detailing is the way it is, either Toriyama or Toyotaro designed him with simple muscle detail so Yamamuro did the same for the anime design.
All 3 of those artworks are probably Yamamuro.
That Freeza shot in the NEP reminds me of this one from episode 75, where Koji Nashizawa was a supervisor and handled the second part.
Could be him?

This Krillin's shot reminds of me Karasawa too.
Koji Nashizawa + Karasawa in the same episode is a powerful combo. Not getting hyped...
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.
Favourite old DB Animators: Masaki Sato and Tadayoshi Yamamuro
Favourite new DB Animators: Yuya Takahashi and Chikashi Kubota

I try to understand why Toyotaro was mentioned in the credits in this episode and not in any older ones. Could it be that Kale ssj (Not legendary) was directly made from him with Yamamuro only designing her "broly mode"?
Been a mistake seems weird.
Also yes Jiren is the most Yamamurish out of the three. That broly-like muscles are easy to spot. Still no glow!!

The original designs? We don't know, but that particular art for Jiren is Yamamuro's design, surprisingly enough.
Considering Jiren seems to be the main enemy, I think he's probably a Toriyama design, but that's just an assumption.
And what about Kale? Is that particular art Yamamuro's design?

To me that Kale seems to be drawn from Toriyama because of the muscles. They look similar to SSB Goku's muscle, and don't look like how Toyotaro and Yamamuro draw them

I don't think that LSSJ Kale model is skinny because of who designed it, but because that is probably supposed to be her controlled LSSJ form or something like that.

That's what I've been thinking, too. Like she controls her rage creates this pseudo-LSSJ which is just as strong but less mentally demanding.

I still haven’t lived down going, “Who the heck is Tao Pai-pai?” that one time I was talking with Ei’ichiro Oda-kun. But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

Toyotaro wasn't credited on previous episodes that used his designs, they just for whatever reason decided to put him in the credits. He'll probably be listed on every episode going forward.

Is it me or does Ohno imply that there are severe production issues that are still not reflected on the series but continue to escalate?
This may mean that the Super production is slowly but steadily going to have to pull an "episode 5" or that animators are working like crazy behind the scenes to keep the quality this high?
Let's hope that he is exaggerating or at least that they have a backup plan

It could be that they waited to reveal all his designs before crediting him. Maybe ssj Kale was the last design he provided

I'm still waiting on someone to translate this. Bing and Google translate don't seem to make it sound like he's saying problems are escalating, but that there are still problems but they are striving for quality while improving things, but I'd rather a proper translation.

Its basically similar to what you said,I think he's saying there are problem in their works that havent been reflected well enough, as those kinds of problem are there, they're making an effort on upping the quality.
Nii 5 weeks after his last episode seems a bit sketchy, and it certainly wasn't his art that is super polished in the NEP, nor Itai's.
Not seeing Tate or Shimanuki listed is also suspect and 10 weeks for Kitano is an eyebrow raiser. If these listings are real I get the feeling that the staff is way off this time around.

I suppose it's possible this is a deliberate ploy to allow the best supervisors more time to deliver worthwhile episodes for the tournament -- especially Tate, given his lengthy henshin.

If that is true, that (if I'm reading this translation correctly)
Freeza joins the Uni 4 team instead and "that man" refers to Yamcha being the final Uni 7 team member; I'm good with this. That's as close to the "why not both?" option as I can get considering there's no way to bring Buu back into things.
Or this could all be wrong and/or fake!
I'm leaning towards fake right now, Nii and Itai or nowhere to be seen in the NEP and yet there is a very polished style that is present in most of it. There's also the thing about Freeza not being part of the Universe 7 team, that doesn't mesh well with the fact that we know there is artwork in the files of the official site of Freeza in the same pose that Buu is in on the key visual for the arc, seemingly waiting to replace Buu on said visual.
EDIT: Hmm, now with the tweet from Yamcha's VA I don't know what to think anymore. If the leak is real then at the very least I think some of the supervisors are wrong again.
