What is Yamcha's voice actor doing

Okay, we now have news about a new Dragon Ball game coming for Ps4 and xbox in early 2018. Guess he was just doing voice work for the game then. If this is connected with Furuya's tweet, then we wont see Yamcha for a while in DBS. Shame.

Dude, even with a videogame Yamcha would not have more than a couple of lines. I don't know if this game has a story mode or not, but even with one Yamcha still wouldn't have that many lines.

A new game for 2018, seems pretty early to start voice recordings. Even then, Yamcha wouldn't have that many lines.

Also I think that game has a small roster of only 20 characters, Yamcha might not even be in it. lol.

Especially if a large chunk of the roster has Super characters in it, a large chunk of old characters may not be there.

Yeah, while I'm not Yamcha's biggest fan, it's a shame that he has been pushed to the side as a joke compared to how Krillin, Tien and Roshi have been given more meat in ROF and ToP.

Hey, don't underestimate that. After training with Freeza, Tagoma and Shizami went from Dodoria and Zarbon level to higher than Piccolo and Gohan, I think. Not sure who they fought, I don't remember.

Another interesting point, Yamcha hasn't been in the last few eps at all. His VA said he's doing a lot of voicework for him and that "he'll do his best tomorrow too" implying he's in more than one episode in a row.

So if it's not for anything happening right now, it does seem like it's for something after everyone else goes to the tournament.

Well Yamcha appeared in today's episode but only literally said two lines. Since he's not in the tournament, there definitely has to be some kind of role on Earth for him coming up for his VA to be "exhausted" playing him for multiple episodes. Obviously 2 lines in today's episode was not what he meant.

As a yamcha fan I feel annoyed at the way he's treated. I don't see any way they can make this up to me. (Unless they have him fight and win against Super perfect cell level enemies in a canon fight) Different taste maybe, but I don't really see how anyone could find this funny. It's pretty depressing if you ask me.

Yamcha might not even be in that game. Apparently it's only going to have 24 characters, and there's probably going to be a lot of Super characters in it taking up the roster.
