After Super ends would you like to see a new series taking place after EoZ?

I agree with that. Even relegating Goku/Vegeta to supporting mentor roles is risky for this series. Completely new cast would likely be too offputting for most fans

I agree with you both. Goku is synonymous with the Dragon Ball franchise. Putting him in a minor role will unfortunately be met with backlash by fans. If my memory serves me correctly, Akira Toriyama wanted to focus more on Gohan after Goku's honorable death, but fans demanded Goku to be brought back.

Nekis13 has a good idea. Keep Goku in the show but have him as a mentor role like Master Roshi, Popo, and Whis before him. This way we can watch Goku as the teacher, and his pupils will learn from him while we watch them mature as the show progresses.

Goten and Trunks joining the Galactic Patrol. Benefits include More Space Adventures, Away from Goku and Vegeta so the power levels will rescale with Super Saiyan Level opponents. Maybe even add Future Trunks and Future Mai's child to the cast to make things really weird.

And I disagree with the belief that without Goku the series would not work. We've had so many adventures with him, I refuse to believe that dropping him off for one series to explore the richness of Toriyama's setting without him will turn people off. Goku didn't make the series. he was a product of it.

I stand corrected. The reason I thought fans were upset at Gohan getting the lead role from Goku was from a DBZ themed fan site years ago.

One thing I would love to see in a new DB series will be involving the various deities and other mortals from the various universes. It would be cool to see Jaco team up with Jiren to fight bad guys.

1. A spinoff where Gohan joins the Pride Troopers as Great Saiyaman.
2. A post-Z manga series by Toyotaro.

Toriyama made that comment many years ago though. As for Toei, they already went there once. It's the natural and obvious next step for the franchise and what the fans want so I don't think it' will never happen

Your first paragraph is a huge misconception. Gohan was actually the most popular character in fan polls at the time. Toriyama stated that "The more he wrote him, the more he realized he wasnt fit to be the main character"

I personally wouldn't like a new series. I would prefer them to continue what they're doing in Super, redo EoZ and then keep going on and on. Super can last years if they wanted to. It has crazy potential

Something that would be cool would be if GT was re-written and combined with the DBO prolougue (with elements from the lore expansion that Xenoverse and Heroes granted) following from Super's lore. That'd be pretty cool, but I don't think it would happen like that.

Basically the main things:

Goku training with Uub on Beerus' realm
Vegeta interacting with the U6 Saiyans and taking a good amount to U7 (setting up Saiyan re-population like in DBO/X)
Gohan being inspired to write his book
The Grand Tour can be done by Goten, Trunks, and Pan (Black Star DB Saga Re-written)
Maybe Black Star DBs don't have to be involved, Goten and Trunks are just bored and want to travel space and Pan sneaks in the ship (leads to greater problems, the Machine Mutants)
Bebi should be re-written as a more tragic villain (Super Bebi God would be a nice bonus too and SSJ4 can still be the whole full Saiyan potential thing)
Super 17 Arc isn't plausible since it was using filler Hell so Revival of C would be nice
Shadow Dragons using the Super DBs
Setting up Krillin and Yamcha opening up New Turtle School
Setting up Tien and Chiaotzu making Tien's dojo into a larger New Crane School
Pan's fighting program
Majin Buu finding love and Mr. Satan retiring
Goten and Trunks training under Yajirobe to become swordsmen and open up the Kikoukenjutsu Sword School
Goku and Vegeta's final battle
Xeno conflicts (Xeno Trunks comes in with Time Patrollers and Supreme Kai of Time)
Xeno Trunks will have aspects of Future Trunks
Villains become Time Breakers
Time Patrol: Future Trunks, Goten, Trunks, Gohan, Bardock, Goku, and Vegeta (they both get revived)
Time Breaker Arcs: New RR Army (Upgraded Android 20), Dark Namekians (Naraka), Evil Saiyan (Xeno Bardock, Xeno Vegeta, Saibaking), Freeza Army Remnants, Bio-Androids (Cell-X), Evil Majins (Haru Haru & Shun Shun), Demon Realm (Mechikabura and other main demons like Mira, Towa, Dabura, etc.)

For instance, pilaf gang wishes to be young again, to quickly grow up as being a kid is a hindrance, but dragon considers pilaf gang a part of the cast now and ends up making everyone Younger..

Not literally, they would never do that, I mean getting them out of the picture with any excuse, like they are gone to the realm of angels to train or whatever from where they can't get out whenever they want.

I feel it's time to really leave the place to the new generations. The main characters could be Goten and Trunks, they have still so much development to do, they are not even SS2. Oob would have trained some time with Goku, he would be important too. Pan and Bra. Marron.

The rest of the Z fighters, Gohan retired again, Piccolo, Krilin and Roshi sometimes around, others like Yamcha and Ten, mostly out.

Of course, one arc in U6 planet Salad, that must happen.

Goku is my favourite character and Vegeta is amazing too, but there's no place for others if they continue there. The young saiyans are useless with them around.

Sure, all grown up. They looked like young adults by the end of Z. Maybe two or three years later, so Oob would look cooler too, and Pan and Bra would still be kids, instead of what we got in GT.

Put them on the other side of the universe, too far for Goku to sense and teleport to.
