Hoshino Mamoru, a fast animator who typically draws bad work. He worked a lot on Saint Seiya Omega Season Two and wound up with that nickname thanks to aers00 only calling him that when Hoshino began to work on Happiness Charge! PreCure.

It's supposed to be Hiroyuki Itai, but this looks nothing like him, and weirdly resmbles a partial Ide correction. Which is kinda strange since this will be a Tsuji episode.

Goku's hair does look strikingly Kitano-esque, though.
