Buu being out because he fell asleep again is not satisfying either, and yet that's what we got.
It's not, but the replacement we got is giving more satisfaction than fandom can handle

Piccolo regained credibility due to sparring with Gohan and someone beating him would gain good hype.

If Caulifla jobs, it will be to a top tier(Brianne, Goku, Toppo, and the likes).

Lets guess the final Top 10:

Here are mine:
Goku
Vegeta
Gohan
Kale
Jiren
Frost
Freeza
Brianne
Cabba
Ganos
What a crap final 10, there are way too many lightweights there. 5 Saiyans making the last 10 as well. This list is horrible and would be a big disappointment if this happened.

I think the final 10 will be a mixture of Universe 7 and 11.

Dont worry, he will be kicking some serious arse. I expect some weird fights with Piccolo though.

That true. The problem changed from "Why Freeza is back again" to "Why Buu is the one being out again."
At least they are making justice to Freeza's character.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

No hard feelings. but just admit it, you would like to see Piccolo get one shotted by Caulifla just because you want to see the reaction. Or perhaps there's another reason which namekiansaiyan pointed out to which elevates your obsession to see this happen.
Krillin is a wild card, He might somehow make it in the Top 10.

I see 17 being eliminated midway through the ToP(either jobbing to Jiren or he eliminates himself along with Toppo).

The U6 saiyans have gotten the most screentime out of the Non Universe 7 people in the recruitment episodes, Cabba is going to redeem himself in the tournament, Caulifla is going take down a good chunk of people who have credibility before losing to a top dog, Kale will have the best performance out of the trio.

Its clear TOEI wants them to be part of the next generation if they are going to pull a Boruto with DB, and they arent going to job out to mid-tiers that are relics of the past.

They are getting screen time becuase they are Saiyans and the too many fana go crazy for any type of Saiyan.

Them relics of the past will always be more relevant than these 3 Saiyans.

Them 3 Saiyans doing as well as you think is just terrible to me and damaging to the franchise. I just can't even think why Toriyama would have them doing better than Hit, Toppo, Piccolo and 17. They are just 3 random Saiyans kids.

Those 3 saiyan kids are the counterparts of Goku,Vegeta and Gohan, thats already an excuse to make them relevant.

I fear about Hit tbh, Worf Effect has been a thing for Gokus rivals, he might be taken out by Jiren to hype how strong he really is.

Anyone remember the last time we got a break? Not that I want one (hell no), but man it's been a long while.

Er... No, it would be pointless. I would like to see the opposite though.

Yeah I would love to have a one of about half a year when they get to the tournament stage

Cabba is similar to Gohan but the others are nothing alike.

TOO MANY SAIYANS IS THE POINT! They have so many other types of characters to focus but they will not at the moment. Hopefully I am right and other characters do better than the Universe 6 Saiyans.

I think in these long-running shows, the "breaks" are cheaply produced in-between episodes. The Tenshinhan recruitment episode is a good recent example, in my mind. One specific non-holiday break that comes to mind was that clip show episode, but I'd rather the show not air a week than sit through one of those.

The last break was in March, not that long ago, really.
We'll probably have another one in late July as usual.

Aside from the new years break which happens every year they tend to break for sports stuff I noticed, is there anything going on in Japan in a few months that could warrant a break?

27 hour day? Are Japan that advance that they somehow managed to get 3 more hrs in a day? :P

Cabba: Has Vegeta fighting style, and seems to be a saiyan from high class status(like Vegeta).
Caulifla: She gets excited seeing people with strong ki, fighting genius like Goku
Kale: She is like the old Gohan, who needed rage in order to defeat his enemies.

I did not notice until now that there are 20 unique SSJ transformations across all DB media (Anime, Manga, Games, etc.)

Personally I still hate Frieza being here at all. And I REALLY hope he doesn't get to become a god of destruction because the thought of Super giving Frieza a happy ending while ruining Future Trunks' happy ending is sickening.

That would be hilarious!
When Super apparently shoves Goku down our throats:
